The staff at the clinic was very friendly and efficient. My Sister Jaye recommended Dr. Rumalla and I can see why she liked him so much. He answers questions and explains procedures. I am glad I found such a kind doctor who is also very professional.

I was unhappy with the gastroenterologist that I am currently seeing, and decided to switch practices because Dr Rumalla came on a referral from a friend. My doctor ordered a referral for Dr. Rumalla and his office declined to take me as a new patient because I'm already established with another gastroenterologist. That is terrible practice!

Dr. Rumalla is a wonderful and caring person. It's always been a smooth and professional experience at his office. The staff is fantastic. Dr. Rumalla helped me so much, recommending surgery to remove a colon problem I had that probably saved my life. Today I'm all clear and very thankful to Dr. Rumalla and his staff.

His office staff is impossible. I was told to make an appointment with him following my hospital discharge. After calling his office for an appointment three times,in three weeks, my PCP office attempted to expedite the appointment. That was two weeks ago and I still do not have a return call from his office staff.
