Dr. Bhavani is great but her staff is absolutely horrible they sent my referral to the wrong type of doctor. The office staff is just nasty and rude and useless

So I was assigned to this doctor so I called to make an appointment and if I could give them no stars I would very unprofessional because I'm asking questions in the midst of me talking to her asking information she goes and start laughing so I asked her what's funny about me attempting to make an appointment or get information just I'm a first time person with this company and already I am disappointed just from the conversation on the phone like that's real rude her attitude was rude she was real unprofessional about how she handled the conversation and I tried to give her my phone number I'm telling her it's a 229 area code and I'm telling her how to spell my name and you can't give me a time frame but tell me we're scheduling appointments in February I'm asking do I need to pay or is there a copay you can't give me any information what's the purpose of you being in customer service you're the first face that represents this doctor's office or voice shall I say and it is bad I'm not even looking forward to this appointment I will be getting it changed

I've been with Dr. Ketheeswaran for a few years now and I am pleased with having her as my primary care practitioner. I find she's not a pill pusher, is attentive, compassionate and will more often than not, allow for corrective dietary changes first before moving on to the medication side of things. (Now, my own health is fair and my numbers don't show extremes so my experience may not be the same for all.) In any event, I would not stick with her if I were not satisfied with her manner and approach to medical practice. The only critique I would have is for the office management. Prior to Covid, I felt this aspect needed fixing. Now, it has gotten a bit better.

I have to switch doctors. Lack of organization, need to see my cardiologist and they not signing the necessary documents. Elbow and the receptionist keep making excuses

I love Dr. B. Can't imagine having any other GP who would do as much or care as much about me. She's been my doctor for over 10 years now and I'm a medical handful...to say the least! While it's true that the last receptionist wasn't very nice...she's finally gone! Yay! It's also true that sometimes they do get behind on paperwork and refilling prescriptions but I know this and make sure that I stay on top of it. Dr. B never rushes through a patient she's seeing and that, imo, is worth gold!

Not sure if there is a lack of organization or what, but I have been attempting for 2weeks to get a paper signed for my mother so she can continue post stroke therapy and every time I call they “claim” they never received the paperwork. I physically brought the paperwork to them after 2weeks of numerous calls and was told “ You can drop it off but I don’t know when it will get signed, the DR is with patients all day” This upset me because after 2weeks you would think they would have a little bit more sympathy. Whoever the manly lady is at the front desk has a resting attitude that is so pungent it’s saddening. The MA for DR bhavani seems to be over worked and close to retirement. She was unprofessional on the phone and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. Never had any issues with DR bhavani but she could use better staff. The ratings are definitely true and if you’re looking for a PCP, please steer clear!

From the first visit Dr. Ketheeswaran was attentive, and down to earth. Very knowledgeable. She took as much time as needed and made me feel comfortable when visiting her.

Very annoying to be a patient. They recommended me to an institution to have a medical procedure and never followed up for the results. It’s almost 3 years and they still have not received my results.

I have been her patient for near 15 years. She is a very good, kind , caring doctor. She is smart, not a pill pusher, and makes time for every patient. She listens and really really cares. I honestly love her as a doctor and a kind person . I can depend on her. She is truly a great family doctor....!!

D. Bhavani is a wonderful and knowledgeable Doctor. She is worth the wait although she is usually very quick and efficient. Elvi, her assistant, and the receptionist are the only problem. They display a lack of professionalism and neither of them show any concern for the patients. Elvi is very rude and shows no urgency to help a patient. The receptionist puts patients on hold for very extended times. Several times I hung up because my time on phone showed I had been waiting in excess of 20 minutes on several occasions.
