Best Primary Care physician in town.

This was my first visit with DrLara. He was very attentive, listening to me and answering my questions. He explained how I could solve any health problems I brought up. No long wait. I felt both the doctor and his staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and dedicated to good patient care!

I do not recommend this doctors office at all. My boyfriend kept complaining about shuffling when walking and being off balance. Dr. Yoany Guia did nothing to help him. She recommended physical therapy and that did nothing to help him. I told him to get another dr. but unfortunately he didn't. His bp was good and no diabetes. She did absolutely nothing to help him as far as a brain scan or heart tests. I do not recommend her at all. I found him dead in the house and it was devastating. I called Dr. Lara's office to find out what the heck happened as he put on his death certificate myocardial infarction and coronary artery disease!! Nothing like that was ever mentioned! Dr. Lara asked me if I wanted it taken off the death certificate!! Then he told me that this is the average age a man of 74 yrs. Old usually dies! I couldn't and still can't believe what he said. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Stay safe..

Dr. Guia is amazing. The rest of the staff is rude and unprofessional. Especially the older lady at the front desk. I've switched doctors but would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr Germain should be barred from practice. The entire staff is incompetent actually. This place went south after Dr Lara had issues. Avoid. Referrals never are done timely. You have to beg, beg, and beg to get one. So now you have lost two patients. I hope this place sinks.

I KNOW HE IS NOT SEEING PATIENTS RIGHT NOW BUT FROM WHAT I KNOW HE IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND WE HOPE SOMEDAY FOR HIM TO RETURN TO SEEING PATIENTS.

Dr. Lara used to be my husbands Doctor for many Years but he got sick and limited his patients. My husband was stuck with a Dr. P who is the worst Doctor ever,if he is even a Doctor. My husband had a severe Stroke and was in and out of Hospitals and eventually on home nursing care,he complained about his Ribs hurting bad when finally Dr. P called and wrote a Script for him to get X Rays after he saw the X-rays he said yes his Pneumonia has gotten worse. Dr.P started listing off all probiotics for me to get for him the Nurse and I were shocked when he did not prescribe a antibiotic. What the hell kind of Doctor does that. Dr.P at dr. Lara's office is the worst,doesn't know what he is doing,should not be a Doctor,shame on you Dr. Lara for having him see your patients.

I have been Dr Lara's patient for 13 years . I have watched his practice grow rapidly. He takes exceptional concern for my health. Several years ago my PSA level increased to a very high point. My urologist failed to order a prostate biopsy until Dr Lara contacted him and expressed his concern. My urologist finally ordered the biopsy. The results found several types o cancer including one that is exceptionally aggressive. Thanks to Dr Lara The cancer is has being treated over the last two years and appears to have been cured.

Dr. Lara is one of the best family doctors I have encountered and has referred me to a specialist for my ears currently. Went to many previous doctors before and were misguided based on their lack of experience or knowledge. I am happy to call Dr. Lara my new family doctor as well. The medical team at Lara Medical is very devoted to patient care. They spend time with you as needed. No one is rushed through. Dr. Lara is very caring and smart. They have worked hard to improve the return time on phone calls and the wait time for appointments. Kudos to them all!!
