Dr.Celso Acevedo very knowledgeable and great bedside manner! He explained my condition and surgery very well and it helped relieve some stress and he put me at ease.

Probably one of the most unprofessional medical staff I have ever spoken to in my life. Complete disregard for respect and professionalism. The doctor might be decent but if your medical staff can't get it together and, at the very least be respectful when speaking to patients on the phone, then it's a reflection of your practice, in general.

I had several visits with this great Dr. He has done battery changers, and battery chargers. He did my 1st. Op. When I was in very bad condition with fibulation. Thank you so much for your great work.

Unprofessional doctor and staff

Dr. Acevedo is a well known for the excellent work he does with the electrical circuitry of the heart. Both my wife and I have had successful eblations. However, recently my wife's heart rate has gone below 40 BPM. We called his office on a Thursday and Friday with NO response from the Dr. The weekend came, heart rate still low, no one to call. Monday multiple calls, nice receptionist, but NO response at all from the Dr., not even through a nurse. Tuesday, after more calls, the nurse finally called. Discussed the issues, said she'd get back to us, never did. I we were dealing with a sore ankle it may not have mattered. However, the heart is a big deal, and the actions from Dr. Acevedo and his team is totally unacceptable.

Yes! I would recommend DrAcevedo to my friends and family. He answered my questions promptly and with knowledge. When I Had a problem with my heartbeat he knew exactly what to do and his team was right on course. Keep In mind, if you read and follow his instructions and maintain a healthy lifestyle you will do much better! It is also the patients responsibility to keep in touch with YOUR insurance company. Please remember that physicians can not control the mindset of insurance companies. I’m very thankful for this doctor and would not hesitate have a third procedure under his care!

I cannot offer an opinion on Dr Acevedo, however his staff is lacking sorely. I waited 1 week to get a call back to schedule my initial appointment and then 6 weeks to be seen. 24 hours prior to my appointment his staff called to confirm. On the day of my appointment (today) 1 hour prior to said appointment, I get a call to inform me they cannot see me as they did not get my records with my referral. I live 1 hour away, I am blown away by the lack of professionalism of this office. They had 6 weeks to call and inform me they needed my records, not to mention they could have given me the opportunity to get them 24 hours prior to my appointment when they called to confirm it. Even if the records are sent I will not be putting my health and wellness in the care of such an unprofessional practice.

😢The Doctor was wonderful the one time we seen him February 20, 2020We thought he diagnosed him right. Started him on new meds. We were so happy.He went through alot and we thought we found the best place ever. That was until!!February 24, called developed bad cough. Had alot of health issues going on. Flu, severe reaction to meds, 2 ER trips,Left a message with nurse. She said they would call back. Never called back!!February 27, called with Palpitations. Talked to nurse said would call back never did!!March 2, called to try and get something figured out and still no call back. So my husband is weaning his self off the meds. Because no one in this office cares about his health. I hope this office knows they are dealing with loved ones. When we see the people we love sick. We get worried. Were not the doctor or the professionals. But your office staff does not act professional. Or this would have been handled.This is sad and hurts my heart. To know y'all just don't care. We are now March 5th and no call back still. 😢😢😢😢
