The worst place Ive experienced. Make sure you have your breakfast, lunch and possibly dinner. The wait time is too long, office personnel seems confused about what a patient is coming there for, they continue to try and do unnecessary blood work. Maybe, to get more money. I now notice they have changed the name of the clinic, makes me even more curious.

The surgery made a major improvement in my back and my life. Prior to the operation, lower back pain was virtually constant. To the point that sometimes a walker was necessary for me to get around. After the surgery and rehab my life has a semblance of normality. I'm back to golfing, bocce club activities and, in general, living an active life style, pain free.

If the first visit is any indication, I am NOT impressed. My wife has been dealing with severe back pain for 2 years. We have been sent all over the state of Florida. On this visit, we didn't get to actually see the doctor, only a PA. She claimed she could not see any back issue on the X-ray or MRI and sent us for another MRI (2nd in 2 years).

Husband had an appointment. Office is clean, staff is friendly. Doctor was thorough, took a reasonable amount of time with us, reviewed CD of xray we brought with us, discussed options, knowledgeable on insurance process. Check out was quick and easy. Only reason for 4 star is the wait was at least 45 mins from our regular scheduled appointment.

I had three appointments with one of the Physicians Assistants, Alesa Blair Tortora and I can't say enough good about her. She's an oddity in todays medical profession. She listens to patients. She listens to patients and responds accordingly. I served in the military for 27 years and her knowledge base of spine issues is among the best I've ever experienced. She's a first rate medical professional the CFSI is lucky to have her on their team.

Didn't give me an appointment to discuss my lumbar and stenosis. Just sent me to some doctor in Gainesville, which might as well be on the moon because i no longer drive and cant get to Gainesville. Must not be as great a doctor as yall thought he was
