From beginning to end, staff and doctor were attentive and understanding. The waiting room was full but Dr Grayson took time to listen and patiently address all of my issues and concerns. I’m so glad that I went to Dr Grayson.

Went to see Dr Grayson with ringing in my right ear. He took all but a few seconds to look in my ear and said there is no wax and had me do a hearing test. After the test he told me I had hearing loss in that ear and it was caused by "old age" and nothing could be done to relieve my discomfort. He suggested I get a sound machine for night but that would only mask my issue. (at night). I also tried to see another doctor for a second opinion and was told once established with a doctor in that office you cannot see another doctor for the same issue! So second opinions is old school I guess. Conclusion: I just did a follow up with my PCP and immediately upon looking in my ear told me there was fluid build up and prescribed a nasal spray. After one day of using the spray I can hardly hear the ringing!!! So I'm confident this will all be a thing of the past very soon! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO SEE THIS DOCTOR! Everything is rushed and comments (if you get any) is very insensitive)!

If running a few allergy tests and prescribing a medication that helped the cause count, he did okay. Results of all allergy tests he ordered turned up negative. Long term solutions and a diagnosis seem to evade, so popping pills seems to be the answer.

I was very pleased with the attention and treatment I received today from Dr. Grayson regarding my sinus issue.

I’m a young man and lost voice. Was told never saw this before, nothing can be done. Office staff lied and never did authorization for further testing. I’ve been waiting for 2 MONTHS. If you want a proper diagnosis and treatment go somewhere else

I was losing hearing in my right ear, saw doctor Grayson.He did nothing but gave me a script for 30 stroke pills.Don't what gave him the idea I was stroke prone.30 days later I'm back,he has a girl give me a hearing test in the fiberglass cubeacle & sends me for an mri of my brain.I came back in 2 weeks,grayson tells me everything was o.k. with the brain mri,he has a girl give me another hearing test & tells me ,there's not much hearing differerence between my left & right ear...after going to this clown for almost 3 months for this problem he tells me this.By this time the hearing in my rt. ear is 80% gone.Then he tries to sell me a hearing aid...He never in 3 visits attempted to find out why I was loosing my hearing. JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THE GREAT DOCTORS IN THE AREA THAT DO NOTHING BUT GET RICH ON US!!!

Awful

Brutal. This practice doesn’t give a darn about its patients once they’ve been paid. Grayson spent literally 2.5 minutes with me to diagnose my vertigo but couldn’t be bothered to show me the Epply Procedure that treats it. He said call back to the office for a referral to a PT. For this he charged me $120. I could have gotten the same info for free on google. Anyway, I have now called his office 7 times (7 TIMES!) trying to get the promised referral and all I get is excuses from front-desk personnel (god forbid you’d ever be able to speak to the doc or his nurse! They’re too busy making money off of NEW patients). This practice is a SCAM! They care about you once they’ve got their money. Steer clear!!
