Being treated here for several years the doctor is very thorough. Shows concern for over health in relation to his treatments for you and any related ongoing care. I feel he is one of the best in his profession .All of his office staff are pleasant and respectful and knowledgeable in all areas to assist .

I had i injection but it did not take very well so I called the doctor do he wants to do second one, so I got real sick with the flu, called the office but they didn't care about it , the front desk clerk, then I tried to call to reschedule ,but staff give me a very hard time then she told me you have appointment the 23rd so I goes on the 23rd and front desk person says, I know you must be mistaken you don't have appointment date by the way we don't take that wellcare insurance, snd gave no father information, the lady at front desk and ones in record will run the doctor business , cause I thought the doctor was very good doctor and love his PA ,and the medical assistant that comes get me and takes me back to see doctor or PA ,after that very ,very bad staff

Kicked out because I had to reschedule appointment due to having COVID and I got my results faxed to Doris as she wanted and I called her for an appointment and she was very rude and that I was dismissed from the practice. No reason whatsoever but that Doris must have something on the Dr since she's still there being as rude as a person can be. I wouldn't let her talk to my dogs like that so for those of you that's getting along with her now my advice is to watch your back!

I wanted to see dr jollu for epidural shot, which I get often. My poor dr office faxed over referral 3x even tho not needed by insurance. I can honestly tell you that as badly as I was treated on phone by staff, rude, condescending, calls not returned I would never consider going there. No wonder there are so many complaints. This dr needs to start fresh with new staff and I read other reviews where His treatments are poor. Run. Don't walk

Currently seeking care at another practice due to the total incompetence and rudeness of his gatekeeper Doris, who is being allowed to treat his patients terribly. I went to him on the referral of my primary care physician so I didn't bother to check reviews because I trust my primary care doctor. However, now that I've had such an awful experience, I decided to look at the reviews and see that this has been an issue with this practice for many years. evidently Dr. Jollu is allowing this to go on.

His staff is rude and incompetent. Had the documents emailed and called on Tuesday to see if they received it and she said I got about four emails will look it over and get back to if I need anything called the next day to see if everything was on and she said Dr Jollu will review and get back to me called on Thursday same thing said he was not in the office today but will get back to no mention that they could not open the emails called today and his staff said they did not have any info I said it was I. The email she said hold on came back on to tell me that she cannot open the email I said which one and she got rude and said I can’t open it. One simple call to me on Wednesday would have resolved all of this but no they are rude and incompetent

The office staff is very rude, you can hear them bad mouthing other patients behind the window in their office space. They also seem racist because I always went in happy and greeting everyone, and I didn't get a good morning and no black workers at all! Dr. Jollu constantly late and feels this is acceptable because he's doing rounds at the hospital. I told him about his staff and he disputed me saying they're great workers... WHAT!

Staff especially the two women who answer the phone are rude and incompetent. i had the referring doctor fax and email the records called the next day to see if they had received and she said yes would give me a call if she needs additional info. Called the next day to see if he had a chance to review my husbands info and she said Dr Jollu would review and call him back that in my opinion had meant that all was fine with his paperwork called Thursday for update said he was not in the office today but we would here from him. Called Monday and asked for a status update and she said i dont have his info i said it was emailed put me on hold and came back and said i dont have his referral i said its in the one of four emails you received she she raised her voice once again and said " I CANT OPEN IT" I said which one and again "i CANT OPEN IT " seems to me they had four days to get back to me but because they are incompetent and rude and have no clue how to do their job that maybe they should look for another job because clearly customer service is not their forte. Will not be seeing this doctor and would clearly not recommend this office at all.

I have never been blessed to have Dr Jollu as my pain doctor , him and his crew treat me like family, they are so nice to me and I am a very nervous person and when I'm there I'm so comfortable. I love it there and very grateful to be able to go there. All you need is patients because they are very busy.

My husband was a patient of Dr Jollu and we actually had hope that he would be the one to help him with his pain. He was set up for an appointment for the procedure, but collapsed while in the shower the morning of. I called the ambulance and contacted Dr Jollu's office about what had happened and that we would have to reschedule the procedure. They rescheduled it, but my husband didn't realize that it was during the week that my son had booked a family vacation, paid in full, to Disney, so he called the office to reschedule. We were meeting our 2nd granddaughter for the first time on this trip, so it was rather important to be there. They rescheduled again, but while we were at Disney, we contracted covid, gave it to my 86 year old mother and immunocompromised sister when we got home, and this time they didn't seem to believe that we even had covid. I tried to call, explaining that my husband still wanted the procedure, but the staff was extremely rude to me, hanging up on me several times. I kept calling back, saying that I didn't understand what the problem was, that my husband WANTED the procedure but was mocked by one staff member for going to "Disneyland" (the fool didn't even know that it's Disney World) even though it had been a pre-planned trip, and they wanted PROOF that he had covid, which I was willing to get faxed to them by the Quick Med Care that we went to. However, evidently Dr Jollu must have too high an opinion if himself to give my husband another chance and decided at that point to drop him from his care. I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor's office and I hope that people looking for a compassionate pain management doctor run as far as they can to someone else after reading this review. Shame on you, Dr Jollu and your rude, rude staff. I hope you are treated the same way you treated my husband and me at some point and get a taste of your own "medicine "!
