Cherie Hansen's Online Review Report Card

I haven't been to her office in years due to insurance issues, however she made such a positive impact on me that 10 years later I'm finding her for a friend in need f a new doctor. I'm not sure if the reviewers were just having a bad day or not but the description of Dr. Hansen are very inaccurate. She is very compassionate. She allows you to explain or symptoms and she "hears" you. You never feel rushed or unattended to!

Dr. Hansen is very unfriendly and emotionless individual. She isn't sympathetic towards your health concerns and gives off a vibe that she doesn't always believe what you're telling her. She is someone that believes people should be able to help themselves and not rely on anyone else for help. I've seen her on several occasions be very rude and demanding of her staff.

Dr. Hansen is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She is through and is one of the best diagnosticians I have been treated by.

She is very thorough and listens. She believs in healing and the ability to make the right choices to get off meds. Thank you

i was charged $50 for a missed appointment for which i was not given a reminder call

Scheduled annual checkup. Had blood work done week before so that it would be ready. It was not ready. They did not tell ahead of time the results were not there ( THE PURPOSE OF THE DR VISIT) so that I could reschedule later. SO I PAID FOR EXTRA DR VISIT. Then they wanted me to schedule a Dr visit to get COVID shot form. Everyone else I know who qualifies just has to pick it up. Seems like money is more important than my health.

Dr. Hansen is very knowledgeable. She is thorough and listens to patients. Highly recommend.

Comes into a patient’s room absolutely clueless, completely unprepared... does not reviewed tests, results or charts she ordered for your diagnosis. Plus, Dr. leaves room without coming back or provide any recommendations or suggestions to help your condition. You are left feeling you just wasted the long 2-3 hrs it takes to complete a scheduled appointment... most of it spent waiting alone. There is an unbelievable lack of a caring connection with the patient. Patient Portal online is not updated. We have never experienced anything like it. At first we thought it was a fluke. Talked to other patients and they said the same happened to them. It has happened over and over to us. No more...we are currently seeking care elsewhere. The Dr. is somewhat friendly and cordial but doesn’t provide the medical care normally provided by a Dr. Do not waste your valuable time and money, you will only be disappointed with no answers or assistance. Sadly, we cannot recommend this Dr.

I like Dr. Hansen because she listens to me as a patient and takes an interest in my health problems. I also really like Jennifer who is an assistant at Absolute Health, and the staff are very nice.

I complained of back pain and a MRI of my back was ordered. Returned to her office for the results of the MRI. I was told to take Motrin and to bear with it. I later was in the office of my Endocrinologist who looked at the results of the MRI after I complained to him about my back pain. ( I happened to have a copy of the MRI with me). He then referred me to a Neurosurgeon and I had back surgery four weeks later. The back surgery was the best decision I ever made. Thank goodness, my life was given back to me.
