So I just called right now to see if they were accepting any new patients and the receptionist was speaking so fast I could barely even understand her and she was super rude when she told me that they don't accept my insurance even though my provider gave me their phone number and then proceeded to hang up on me without even saying bye don't even waste your time at this facility they're super rude apparently and don't care about the well-being of children if I could give them zero Stars I would.

First visit to Dr. Hawks office, she saw our newborne and was incredible. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will be bringing our baby there from now on. Highly recommended !! Thanks Ocala Pediatrics

Wonderful and caring doctor. When my 12 day old daughter was admitted she (Dr. Hawk) had her nurse call all the hospitals to find her when we didn't show to her 2 week appt. I can't say enough nice things about her. I have also had my kids see other doctors in the office for sick visits and they are all wonderful!!!!
