The doctors are great! But the scheduling/front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. 2nd appointment being turned away due to an office error! Apology maybe?? Not at all! I was just asked to reschedule and move along! Horrible service at the front desk!

This is Christa Sears, I have an Apointment Thrusday the 3th. I will not be able to make that appointment, but I will call when I need to see Dr. Bald.

He came in the room with a chip on his shoulder. He examined my child. Said he didn't look that bad and then accused him of lying and just not wanting to go to school. As his parents we spoke up and said that nothing was going on at school to warrant this behavior and Dr Bald just kept on going and going with the psychological accusations. He got loud with my child asking him why he can't go to school. My child has straight 'A's and is not participating in sports (which he loves) at this time. I would NEVER subject my child to his abuse ever again. He could have excused our child from the room to discuss all of the with us and then formulate a plan based on our input. He had the "I'm the doctor" attitude. I understand that he probably does get those kids through the office who are trying to get out of school but once the parents dismiss that theory then you need to speak to the family as humans not accusatory. Do NOT recommend him at all. The office staff is very short and rude as well from check in to the nurse.
