Dr Albright takes his time with his patients and is very thorough. Hard to find a general practitioner these days that doesn't make you feel rushed.

I saw Dr Albright for an ear infection years ago, when I was about 15. I told him I usually got them 2-3 times a year and a Z Pack cleared it right up. He told me I wasn’t a doctor and he knew best and gave me 800mg of Omoxicilin 2x a day for 2 weeks. Well, that completely destroyed me and left me immunocompromised. I then contracted C. Diff and nearly died. It was, hands down, the worst experience of my life and all because he had something to prove. He then became my grandmothers PCM and her treatment was no better.

He was our doctor for 5+ years and told us that we could continue using for telehealth when we moved two hours away after Years of seeing him prior. He did that for a while and then he decided suddenly that we could no longer use him anymore and he didn’t give us a last visit and didn’t give us a last appointment or any kind of heads up that he was abandoning us. He hadn’t been a bad doctor when we had been going to him, but he was completely unprofessional in the way he did this, and left my mother without medications she needed to take every day, with no refills and no warning, and would make no time to even explain why he was dropping us. The lack of ethics here is completely ridiculous, he is mot a good person, and he and his staff are rude and should be avoided at all costs. They should lose their ability to practice for thinking this was acceptable behavior

Office staff is rude, clueless and unprofessional in the billing department. Had the wrong address for my mom, jacked up her insurance submittal and then berated me and demanded I supply the correct info for her. (I'm three states away). Billing manager yelled at me for questioning why I was asking questions on why this wasn't resolved three months ago. I would NEVER recommend them for his lack of bedside manner or his staff for senior care.

Dr. Albright's staff in billing is rude and clueless. They had the wrong address for my mom AND jacked up her insurance submittals. They've never reached out to her for correct info, but instead call me (three states away) and demand I give it to them. I would never recommend him for senior care.
