Doctor Assistant is ridiculous one of them is very rude they don’t do their job being waiting for a while to get a referral for a gynecologist never got it I call today nobody knows nothing about it it sucks for sure I’m changing Doctor asap do not recommend it

Dr. Kuhn and his lousy staff are the worst I've ever experienced. He has not allowed in office appointments since the pandemic started, even now in July 2021. If you're fully vaccinated, the best they could do is a "curbside' exam! When you call, you can never speak to anyone. You have to wait for a callback. He only does phone appointments now, and those are done by his incompetent nurses. He really has no reason to be there, and probably isn't. I have switched to another doctor and will avoid these bums from now on.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Kuhn for years now and he has always been great at taking care of all our health issues.

I Love Doctor Kuhn. He is a great young doctor, he cares and listens. My only complaint is his staff, I think they should be more helpful. Sometimes you feel that you are not the client, but instead you are a burden to them. I hope the person in charge of his office administration will try to educate their staff....

I like many, love Dr Kuhn but his staff thinks they know it all and what even give you an appointment to see him got into it with Megan today said if I couldn't speak with my doc i would have to find a new one she says go ahead call the number on the back of your health provider and get one WOW what a witch she is hope Dr Kuhn finds out before he losses more clients. the one star rating is not because of the DR but his staff

Alway been treated with respect...made sure all my appointments were set up with other drs. Overall for me it has been great

I think Dr Kuhn is wonderful. His staff , not so much. I call on a Fri am about a sinus infection. They said I would get a call back as soon as a provider came in. No call Fri, nor Mon I call back and leave a message on Tuesday. I get a call back that they've been busy. Seriously. ??? Then I go to pick up my blood pressure medicine and refill was denied ??? What kind of office doesn't return calls and doesn't refill blood pressure meds ?? Wish Dr Kuhn knew about this !!!

Best dr ever! He cares about his patience, listens to their input, and shows the absolute most concern...

At first I very much liked Dr. Kuhn, but found that not being able to reach the staff on the phone, and voice mails were not returned were very troublesome. It took them nearly a year to refer me to a doctor to do cataract surgery. In fact, I ended up doing most of the legwork to find a doctor in Ocala (the staff was saying there were no Opthamoligists i Ocala). This was not true. They were going to send me to Gainesville for pity's sake. Calls are not returned and then the staff denied having any records of my calls. I am doubtful that correct records are kept of what was discussed at office visits. I was very disappointed and have changed my primary care doctor. Dr. Kuhn was very rude and short with me the last visits. As a matter of fact, he always seems anxious to end appointments as fast as he can and only half listens.
