Dr. Graves is very thorough and up to date. She listens and willingly answers questions. Her office is clean and my appointments are on time. A friend recommended her to me, and I have been very happy. I have recommended her many times to family and friends looking for a great physician.

16 years ago I went to this "doctor" for the last time. I explained pain in my back "butt" and down my leg. She stood across the room and said "it's sciatica". Never touched me. Never referred me, didn't order anything. I didn't know wth that meant. I continued to suffer until I changed pcp. The first specialist said the long wait could've made the problem unmanageable with cortisone. It was unmanageable. I've suffered ever since. A lifetime of surgeries and pain is what I face. I am so sick of doctors who don't listen and take back pain seriously. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS.

EXTREMELY PITIFUL appointment process. We waited THREE months, from April to July; for a scheduled new patient appointment, the day before the appointment they called to say had been in training and that doctor was not seeing patients. I was informed that someone named Robyn would be contacting us to reschedule. That was over FIVE weeks ago. In that five weeks, I called their office several times to try and get an appointment and when I finally got to speak with the scheduler, Robyn; I was rudely informed me “I have a list ten pages long that I have to reschedule”. Needless to say, I have no desire to do business with them but a courtesy call would have been nice. I WOULD NOT recommend this office because of their disrespect for my time and lack of urgency for my wife’s healthcare needs! It may be a nice family oriented and caring provider but one inconsiderate person ruined it for me! BEST OF LUCK GETTING AN APPOINTMENT!

Dr. Graves has always been professional with me and my spouse. I don't feel rushed or pushed out when I have an appointment. I am not one to take many meds and she doesn't push any on me either, less is better.
