I have bipolar, OCD, BPD and anxiety and I made them aware of this. I questioned a service they offer and all of a sudden I get a letter in the mail stating they don't want me as a patient anymore, no explanation, nothing. rude, disrespectful and discriminatory!

I have had Dr. Phillips for many years. His staff has all been there many years and are excellent including the liason that checks on me every month to see if there's anything I need. Dr. Phillips goes above and beyond to find the root of the problem and truly listens and cares about your input. The best doctor in Florida. Make an appointment, you won't be sorry. He's one of a kind!!

Dr. Phillips will take time to listen and answer questions. Because of this, there may be a wait time for your appointment, but it is well worth it. He is very knowledgable and personable. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. You will not get an automated system when you call, just a friendly human being. I highly recommend this office if you are seeking a competent caring doctor with a friendly staff.

Dr Phillips has been my doctor for many years. He is friendly, compassionate and thorough and truly listens to what you have to say. He always tries to get to the root of the problem and both he and his friendly and efficient office staff (they have also Bern there many years as well) are always available when you need them. I would highly recommend Dr Phillips so don't wait, call today to make your appointment. You will be glad you did. Best doctor and office staff in Florida!

Such a kind and caring doctor!! Dr Philips takes his time with you...never seems in a hurry...he's pleasant, caring and explains what he saying...he goes above and beyond taking care of your needs also. His staff is amazing too...friendly, caring and informative! Love Dr Philips and his staff !!

I moved to Ocala in 2003 from Mich..My Mom in Law Reccomended i try DR Doyal Phillips. Brought all my health records , Surgeries etc so my new DR seen why I'm on medications. He lookeded through my Health Record's . I finally got health insurance They didn't take the Kind of Blue cross i had, couldnt see him after Nov 2017. I've seen 4 DRS since, Only DR who knows everything about me is DR Phillips. All His Staff I've known since Feb 2003. DR Phillips is the #1 Dr in Ocala. Ill be back 🙏🙏 in Jan 2023. He's The Best Dr. I miss Shelly too. Karen Ford/Duranseau
