I've been a customer for years, pay upfront every time I visit. I like the practitioners, but absolutely zero help from the office manager resolving a billing problem created on their side. I can't even get a call back. Horrible customer service. 2 phone calls, 2 fax's and zero response. I was sent to collections for a balance that was paid in full at time of service.
