Frank Ramharrack's Online Review Report Card

Very dismissive all three visits. When I tried to ask questions I swear the guy almost rolled his eyes. Try going to Gainesville or Jacksonville if you want actual treatment.

First, his staff is fabulous. Great on the phone, extremely helpful getting me in, warm friendly welcome when I walked in the door. Diana, the nurse, also fabulous—very smart and friendly. In our conversation she pointed out the things I should bring up to the doctor. Dr. R was great. Very knowledgeable and he listened to everything I needed to say, asked questions and actually examined me based on what I had to say. I had a time constraint for follow up which he could have said too bad we’ll have to just wait but he didn’t. Instead he ordered my bloodwork stat and is squeezing me in on Friday so I’ll be ok. He cares. I feel like he’ll have me sorted out in time and I appreciate that it’s not his emergency but he made it his emergency when he didn’t have to.

Called the office yesterday to speak to a nurse regarding my concern of severe symptoms during hypoglycemic episodes and was told I would receive a call back once they talked to a doctor. Called today and the office ‘on call’ machine is on ‘even though the office is open’ it says and to press 1 to speak to doctor on call. It’s just a voicemail machine. I left a message an hour and a half ago with no return call. Called the office line again and ‘on call’ machine message is still on. Frustrating to not be able to speak to someone for help.

Does not show an interest or care. Doesn’t give an exclamation what he wants or his plan of care towards your medical needs. Or I had a doctor before in another state that took care of all my needs. I’m having to go to four different doctors now because he doesn’t do any of the osteoporosis or labs.

My primary doctors office sent a referral to Ramharrack Frank MD office Monday March 20th and his office called later that day and made a appointment for me the very next day Tuesday March 21st, it was my very first appointment with him and I have to say everything went great, the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor is very helpful and great to deal with. I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews on him and his staff so I'm not sure why they have so many negative reviews. I really don't know what people are expecting from them but I can honestly say I didn't have any of the problems other reviewers are or did have. Got to my appointment early to do new patient paperwork and went right in to the intake nurse for just a few minutes then to the doctor, took less then a hour total in and out, it definitely took longer to drive there than it did to see the doctor. My wife was even impressed how fast they got me in. I wish I could get in to all specialist doctors that fast.

I have never been treated so badly by a doctor! Worst experience of my life!!! Dr RAmharrack is very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! He refused to see me and said I had an attitude because I was asking how much longer I needed to wait to see him, or if I should reschedule. Acted as if I was causing a scene because I asked a simple question. Then ignored me when i was speaking to him as if he was above me, or too good to respond when I was trying to figure out what was going on. Staff wanted to be helpful, but seemed scared of him. Literally left his office in tears. Called my primary and asked to be referred to someone else. I feel bad for his staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!!!!

Dr. Ramharrack is awesome! If you are looking for a Dr. That is going to sugarcoat everything and tell you what you want to hear you might want to go somewhere else. If you want to get your Diabetes under control I highly recommend him. I’ve been fighting this for over a year and now have it under control with no insulin and only been seeing him for a month! The nurses and staff are so awesome and nice!! Libre 3 is a must!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was the absolute WORST expression I have ever had with any doctor. He is EXTREMELY rude condescending, and unprofessional! Left his office in tears and immediately called my primary for a referral somewhere else.

There staff is the rudes Can't or don't know how to send a fax. Today after 3+ years the straw broke my back They can't even let you know insurance doesn't cover visit any more! Left today no prescription no visit guess money is more important then life savings insulin Be advise

First review ever left for a doctor, but felt compelled. Staff and others were good. Dr Ramharrack was the rudest, most condescending doctor I have dealt with in my lifetime. Gave contrary advice to every other dr I have ever had, or any info I have ever read. And did not appreciate follow up questions. Absolutely never going back. Absolutely shocked at his inappropriate demeanor.
