This doctor has been in Jacksonville several days a week for 3 years. I had a very thorough check up with him this week. Office staff was pleasant, Kaile who did my begining eye exam was great, very bubbly personality. And Dr.Samy was excellent. He ran appropriate tests and double checked several tests. He gave me a prescription for first time glasses and took time to explain my other conditions. I will continue to see him on a yearly basis. I recommended him to a neighbor.

Have been a patient of Dr. Samy's for the past 5 years. Only Doctor in Florida that was able to diagnose correctly what almost ended my life. If it wasn't for his knowledge I wouldn't be alive today and be able to enjoy my family and friends. Excellent professional in all aspects. Thank you Dr. Samy. Janet Shumaker

I have gone to Shands, and Dr.Samy for some time and all I can say is I leave every appointment feeling like progress is being made. Dr. Samy is the whole package, brilliant AND nice! Usually you have to give up one of those. I have had 3 Neuro Ophthalmologists and he is the only one that that I didn't leave and feel like crying. He is popular, expect to wait but he is worth it. The residents he has are learning the lost art of being a great doctor but having the humanity to go with it. Top notch staff as well!
