I still have a good ways to go with all my issues I do know how frustrating things can be being in pain for years and shooed off by others. But Dr. Main and his staff has helped reduce pains dramatically since spinal fusion The lastest visit with him I feel was one of the most productive appointments Ive had in a couple of years. Sometimes I feel I am not being heard. With Dr. Main yesterday and listening to him I sincerely feel the previous referrals are leading me in the right direction Thank you Dr. Main and staff

Unprofessional setting. Baxters weakness is making keen decisions from the get go. Why does it take 4 months to come up with an informed decision? Her and her staff go around in circles trying get their patients out of their hair by trying comfort them with lies. Completely dishonest and rude people. I work in the veterinary medical setting as well and we DO NOT treat our clients and patients like this. We never hesitate in informing them to call with questions or concerns. This facility takes questions and concerns as an insult. We were told not to keep calling and bothering the office. My health is a concern and I have questions that need to answered. Newsflash to yall who work here find another callingprofession because clearly this isnt for you. You lack compassion empathy and common knowledge. To newcomers I suggest that you go elsewhere.

Everyone at the Institute was friendly professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the care they have provided me.

Kudos to Dr. Main Aldo and staffTwo months have transpired and I am healingbeautifully from a laminectomy . Prior to surgery I was experiencing excruciating pain and apprehension of having surgery during the COVID 19 crisis. Thank goodness Dr. Main and his staff got me through it and I will be forever grateful.

The Staff at Dr. Main office were caring kind and informative. Dr. Main was the best he saw what the promblem was and address immediately. Other Drs didnt listen to me where he did and understood my pain. Thank you Dr. Main for listening and caring. Dr. Main and the staff were very friendly and professional. In rhe meantime I have had surgery on my back and Dr Main was very informative through the process. I feel so much better and no pain. His staff have also been extremely helpful and kind.

Dr. John Main Dr. Aldo Perez AND staff are THE BEST They genuinely care for their patients and it shows. At NO time did we EVER feel rushed as we have in the past with other physicians. They take time in explaining every aspect and scenario and go above and beyond in patient care. I am TRULY pleased with the care given and highly recommend.
