Great experience but shocked by the bill I received in the mail. $2550 Went in for a bug bite swelling spent 15 minutes from time I arrived to the time I left. Got a prescription for antibiotics off I went. $2550 Really??

There was no wait. Everyone was very professional and caring. I didnt have to wait for test or treatment. I was there for maybe less than an hour. My GP was notified and any other organizations that needed to be notified and they were also quick to follow up on any other necessary treatment. I am really glad you all were there.

They diagnosed my pregnant daughter with an UTI infection and sent her home with antibiotics. 2 hours later her fever still would not come down. I took her to Advent health where they admitted her into the hospital with a severe kidney infection and covid19. Thank god for Advent When in doubt get a second opinion.

I am completely satisfied with my visit to the Maricamp ER. Everyone from the security guards front staff nurses admissions team technicians and doctors were 100% professional caring efficient and compassionate. I was seen in a timely manner. My condition was explained to me stepbystep. I was given great care and treatment.

I came in because I believed I had a tonsil stone which I did but I wanted to make sure it wasn’t infected. The physician said it was not infected and gave me a strep throat test to be safe. a $50 test that was negative. I was told that if it were to be infected to take antibiotics and I was sent on my way… today I received a $3960 bill from Ocala regional and $960 from billing A total of $5000 for a physician to concur with that I had tonsil stones and give me a Google print out sheet on how to gargle salt water…. To say I am disappointed in Ocala regional Medical Center is an understatement…

Really nice clean and uptodate operation. Fast service and love the progress chart electronic post in your room with times and procedures listed...nice touch in keeping the patient up on what is going on and what is next.
