I had been going to FCS for 3 years at minimum I would have given 4 stars. 5 stars for Caterina alone. Recently Caterina and Dr Kaul left the facility. It took them months for replacements not even sure they have been replaced yet I left. Had to wait months for an appt.There is no consistency. Every time I would walk in the door there was new staff. Gives me low confidence in a facility that is constantly changing staff members.After Dr Kaul left FCS fraudulently used a Dr name from another facility to give to patients for insurance purposes. There was no doctor on site.Annual physicals are nonexistent there. Listen to your heart check BP go over meds annual labs the end.As a former nurse you get a feel for places. I never had a good feeling about FCS. I stayed because Caterina Ciccone was such an attentive caring person. Since her departure there was no longer any reason for me to continue with a facility I do not trust.

Went to get ears cleaned but was still plugged in one ear when I left wax was flushed in to far so I went to ear nose and throat and they used suction to get the wax out.

Dr. Kaul is the utmost professional she takes the time to listen intently to what I have to say then offers her professional advice. It’s quite obvious she cares about her patients. Highly recommended 👍

Karen Adams APRN is a fantastic choice for a replacement for Dr. Karl. She is very thorough and takes her time with you when she is seeing you.

Visited this facility for 2 12 years and not once and I repeat not once did I see a doctor. I can understand seeing a nurse practitioner sometimes but never seeing a doctor is just horrible. On top of this you have to wait always like if you don’t have an appts .nowadays doctors want to make money being GHOST. In Florida this is happening everywhere be conscious of your selection of doctors cuz this is not the place you want someone to care for you

very efficient office. The visit was for a review of blood work. The doctor took the time to clearly explain results and answered all of my questions in detail.

Called over 4 weeks ago to schedule appointment. Received a call today. The person I was supposed to see will be out of the office on the date I had been scheduled. Next appointment midSeptember. Too bad we dont care. Nothing we can do. Obviously no heroes in this medical office. Customer service zero. How good can the medical staff...
