Very poor customer service by the receptionist at the Ocala office today.I called several times on Saturday to reschedule my appointment as the babysitter canceled on me last minute. After several attempts I left a voicemail. I called again on Monday and Tuesday, again, no answer/no call back which left me no choice but to drive to the office to reschedule my appointment in person. As I arrive to my appointment she told the tech not to call me back yet. Apparently she was told to refuse to see me for my laser hair removal appt due to a supposed no call/ no show from Saturday unless I paid a $50.00 fee.I pre-paid $2500.00 for my treatment and they have the nerve to treat me this way because I had a last minute issue to get to my appt.I am an office manager and I know to handle this situation differently. The receptionist ended up contacting Shelly and told me even though I called Saturday that was still considered a same day cancelation and the fee had to be applied and paid in order for them to see me.So I asked, what do you do when you have an emergency or a last minute situation like mine? Am I suppose to know a situation like that was going to happen ahead of time? She had nothing to say. But Shelly finally allowed for the fee to be waved.Not a comfortable situation to go through. Not handled correctly. Very poor customer service.

My treatment [laser hair removal] was painful but Sandy made it so much better with her service. She was very sweet, timely and fast. She offered tips about how to get optimal results and is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. My appointment was at 1.50 and I was finished, wiped off and dressed again before 2.20. I recommend her for your treatments. You’ll be in and out fast with great service!

I had coolsculpting done back in April. DO NOT get this done. I’m paying monthly for something that didn’t even work. Im very disappointed.
