DR NIK and his team successfully performed emergency surgery on me back in Nov 2022. Had an aneurysm lodged in my carotid artery which was removed and placement of a stent. If it wasn't for his teams prompt and professional response I would have had severe deficits from the damage. Thanks Dr. NIK God Bless JRD

On 11/20/20 Dr. Nikfarjam saved my wife when she suffered a brain aneurysm rupture. He was very honest of the dangerous situation, but yet I felt and trusted his judgment on how to treat my wife. There was a warm and caring person behind the hard words he was speaking to me about. Dr Nikfarjam and summer his assistant were always there for questions and concerns. My wife is talking, walking, eating and living life one year later.

I can not say enough but Dr. Nikfarjam saved my life. 11 months after emergency aneurysm rupture surgery I am talking, walking, eating, and enjoying my life more now that Dr. Nikfarjam was able to give me a second chance at life. He is very honest and will tell you the truth about the why, the positives, and the risks. I am still seeing Dr. Nikfarjam and trust in his judgement on how we should continue. I drove from st Augustine Florida for the care of Dr. Nikfarjam. He went above and beyond to help pinpoint where my incredibly intense headache was coming from. I highly recommend his care and expertise in all categories. He will don nothing but wow you from start to finish with his compassion and care.

Excellent caring doctor!! So pleased with the care he provided my wife in the hospital and the after care follow up was great! He takes the time to listen and answers any questions and explains every issue so a layman can understand! Highly recommend him and his service.

I highly recommend, if you need a Neurologist this is the doctor to see.

He stated to me that I was faking a stroke after being in the hospital and coming in through the ER for 24 hours.i had already seen my regular neurologist, but unfortunately, He was the doc on call rounding that day. He said he was going to order a psyc consult on me instead. He went to next wroom and stood at door and just yelled in and we heard every word and every diagnosis that person had. I wouldn't let him see my worstb enemy. I spoke to hospital Admin about him

My husband recently had a stroke and Dr Nikfarjam was his doctor who also installed a stent. He took the time to make sure our family understood everything and gave us an opportunity to ask questions. He was very thorough and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Nikfarjam with the Comprehensive Stroke Center at Ocala Regional Hospital. My husband suffered a stroke on July 30th and was transported there where Dr Nikfarjam took over, the "clot busting" drug was started and Dr Nikfarjam was able to perform the removal of the clot from the brain almost immediately. The clot was removed by the time I was able to travel to the hospital (less than an hour, I would guess), and my husband was sitting in bed, speaking and able to move the affected side. I will be forever grateful for Dr Nikfarjam's expertize and his compassion and caring as he kept me informed of everything that was going on during my husband's stay at the hospital

My family had an incredible experience with Dr. Nikfarjam. My father was visiting from out of town, and was admitted to Cape Fear Hospital because of a potential cardiac or neurological issue. The staff at the hospital spoke extremely highly of Dr. Nikfarjam, and I can see why they did so. He took excellent care of my father, and even followed up with a personal phone call with additional information on his diagnosis after my father was discharged from the hospital.
