Doc may well be a good doc, but, his web site AND directions recorded will NOT get you to his office. Multiple phone call attempts went to voice mail. Another patient here at the same time had same difficulty getting directions. Wifes arrival at appt was 45 minutes late total travel time 1 hr 15 min and we are locals.

My wife acquired a drug resistant infection and was prescribed a course of IV antibiotics which after her hospitalization she was sent to a rehab facility to complete the regimen. Upon completion, and release from rehab, she still had symptoms of the infection and complained of the continued symptoms at her follow up appointment with Dr. Ivan's staff. A sample was taken on Wednesday and we were told that the results would be back the next day and a depending on the results a prescription would be called in. Well, Friday 1:30 pm, I called received a message the "office was closed". I then left a message on the "On call" physician's answering service, and didn't receive a call back. On Monday we called and could not get anyone to answer. The fact that no follow up test was performed before releasing her from rehab after treatment for a resistant infection and finally got a call back on Monday afternoon, after my wife's home health nurse was able to get through to obtain the status of her test results, which were still positive for the resistant infection. I would strongly urge anyone seeking treatment to look elsewhere as this practice clearly demonstrated that patient care and follow up is not a priority.

Save your time and money. Dr Ivan was in and out of my exam room within 5 minutes each visit. Dr Ivan was distant and was not at all informative. Waiting time in the room sometimes exceeded 90 minutes. Worst experience ever with a physician.

I believe that the Dr. has gotten bored with his practice. Extremely long wait times, in and out office visits with very little communications about a patient's particular problem. Seemed anxious to get to the next patient.

Having investigated ivermectin as a prophylaxis treatment for covid, I decided that ivermectin to be the best treatment for me. I saw dr. Ivan today and I took with me a printed, excerpted, detailed studies from the NIH (National Institute of Health) and he refused to even look at the recent, relevant data and refused to prescribe ivermectin. Dr. Ivan is an Infectious disease doctor...does this make sense? Covid should be his wheelhouse...very disappointed with his arrogant shut off attitude. I thought he was a good, compassionate, intelligent doctor but he, himself has proved me wrong. I will take my healthcare needs to another doctor that keeps up to date with Science/Medicine. Another note...had a 12:30 appt...when I arrived I was #4 and 2 more arriving after me for the 12:30 slot...overbooked for sure. New people in office not as efficient or nice as they were 2 years ago.

Worst doctor visit ever !!! For an "Infectious Disease Doctor " he REFUSED to look at the parasite issue I have that is clearly visible as well as specimens I had brought in to confirm parasites. When I left his office I felt I was totally discriminated against due to my gay lifestyle !!! I will drive the distance to see a REAL Infectious Disease Doctor thank you !!

I have had many UTI s. Complicating this is my allergies to several antibiotics. He and his staff are friendly and are always available when I need them. Thanks to Dr Ivan, I don't have near as many UTI s as I was having.

Arrogant, seemed more concerned about colleges than patient. Very evasive.
