Dr Duke is fabulous! And his staff is incredible as well. People really have a hard time seeing my thin scar and I'm golfing & will soon return to playing softball. I would not go to anyone else. They are excellent & extremely caring.

Dr. Duke is an excellent, experienced Orthopedic surgeon, specializing in joint replacement. He did my knee replacement in about an hour with 38 minutes of tourniquet time. As a physician, I was impressed by his expertise and organization. He answered all of my questions prior to surgery. I was discharged same day by 1 PM. Pre and post operative nursing care at West Marion Hospital was terrific. Anita from anesthesia was outstanding, no problem doing my spinal. Courtney, his APRN, and Jennifer, his coordinator, as well as his office staff were great. Follow-up nursing care and physical therapy at home was organized and done well.

Dr. Duke is the BEST. He did my total knee replacement. I would recommend him to anyone. I had the surgery about 15 years ago and it’s still going strong. Having bone on bone and could not hardly walk. So glad I had the surgery and would do it again. Thanks Dr. Duke you are awesome !!!!!

This Dr. Is a great surgeon who did an excellent job on my hip replacement in 2016. Since then, he has been associated with The Advanced Orthopedic Group. Yes, i have issues which one is the requirement. I met with his PA, and i dont want to remember her name. Upon the review, it was positively needed replacement. I was told by this PA that in my circumstances, Dr. Duke has two people in this organization who are the two he uses in your condition. And that i will discuss with Dr. Duke and get back to me. Two days i am told by this PA (a cold personality) proceeds to say, Dr. Duke cannot help you. And she gives me a phone to UOF Orthopedics. Very dissapointed when I called and asked if you have a referal. Of course, i said no and became and became furious the way Dr. Dukes PA handled me. Dr. Duke is a great surgeon. However, by joining this Advaned Group and you look at other locations of theres with 3.5 to 3.8 ratings. Speaks to me. Yes, i owe his office my co payment of 80 dollars. The last bill i will be paying.

Outstanding, I highly recommend Dr. Duke. If you need a knee replacement he is the one to go to. Excellent doctor, excellent staff, two days short of a month after my surgery and I barely use a cane. I am still in physical therapy but I am recovering very well.

If you need a knee replacement Dr. Duke is the one to see. Excellent doctor, excellent staff, I was always treated with respect from everyone in the organization. Their protocols for everything including pain management are outstanding. I am now in out-patient physical therapy and recovery is going very well. Two days short of a month, and I barely use a cane. I can not recommend Dr. Duke enough.

Dr Duke is very personable. His office is run like a well oiled machine. Everyone is so nice and goes out of their way to make the patient comfortable.

Dr James B Duke of the Orthopedic Institute in Ocala Florida is the best.. AND His office staff is very friendly and professional. . I will have more good things to say AFTER my hip replacement.
