NEVER AGAIN! Doesn't listen to patient; quick to prescribe opioids! Horrible experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. McFadden doesn't listen to his patients, has no interest in their concerns. I broke my arm, was put in a splint for 3 months, told my x-rays showed my arm was healing good. I was still in pain. He sent me to P.T for a month. More X-rays were taken. I was concerned that they didn't look right. When my P.T saw them, he was reluctant to do anything further with me until I got a second opinion. I went to a new Dr., he sent me for a CT which showed "non-union" of the bone, which means NO HEALING. My arm was being held together by scar tissue only. I have since had surgery; plate and screws, to fix the break. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO DR. MCFADDEN AGAIN!!! He's quick to prescribe opioids and his lack of care is very disconcerning!

I have met with Dr Mc Fadden 2 times , great Dr, My last appointment I met with PA also great , explained my MRI to me in detail, explain procedure Dr Mc Fadden would perform if elected. The PA was also great, Ladies at desk great. I picked a great Dr and staff.

The Doctor and his staff were very professional and friendly. My condition has improved greatly in a short amount of time. I would recommend FDr. McFadden and staff to anyone with orthopedic needs

Doctor McFadden was a 2nd opinion and I am so glad I picked him. He came up with a solution to my knee issue. Previous doc only stated a knee replacement was needed but I was to young. Staff was great. Place was clean and I didn't have to wait forever. The only thing I would suggest is in regards to the call center being able to give directions because the office is actually in a hospital under construction and GPS brought me to a back door and said "you have arrived"

I am always greeted with smiles and treated in a fast and professional manner. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever, I have always been on time and they haven’t made me wait they are ready to see you at the appointed time. Very happy with this office and everyone that works there.

Very professional at every turn. Dr. McFadden made me feel at ease with his honesty about each procedure available. The people at the intake where they took my blood as well as the nurse I spoke with were very polite and THAT is a big thing to helping a person relax in my opinion. I would have no reservations in recommending Dr. McFadden and his people to anyone who has to have the same procedure as me. AND; they gave me information about the procedure and I was able to watch an actual procedure done that is the same as mine. I am looking forward to having my shoulder repaired by this group of professionals.
