After looking for 1.5 yrs to find a Dr who thought outside of the box; who was knowledgable enough; who cared enough to find a solution Dr Towry fixed my hands and continues to monitor them. I no longer pace all night in tears from the pain in my hands. Dr Towry listens, takes his time, and is very thorough. GREAT sense of humor! Doctor Towry is a true gem!!! Takes time to clearly, patiently and kindly explain situations, diagnosis and care. Procedures are done in a timely manner. People skills top notch as are his staffs'. They are courteous, fun, and extremely helpful. Spotless and light decor throughout the office. Both my husband and I were so impressed with everything about the people, the practice and the quality of medical examinations and surgery.

Dr James Towry, My first appointment with you and a lovely physician assistant was December 23, 2015, at a different office than you are now. The procedure was a punch biopsy at the nap of my neck and scraping above my right ear. My follow up was the first of January 2016. The pathology report I wish I had read it. I’ll never forget the look as you and the physician assistant looked at each other. Then the assistant said it was unidentifiable. My follow up was March 2016, you explained what I had and wrote it down on a piece of paper that I still have. You saved my life and all you want to do is help patients. You have no idea how often I think highly of you. Shortly After the diagnosis I was very sick and went to Monroe Regional hospital and was prescribed ALBENZA for 3 plus months and the 17th day a 2 centimeter hole opened at the top of my scalp. What gushed out for several hours was a nightmare but a relief. All the lumps and indentions in my scalp was gone! I went to the citrus county health department and they invited the CDC. CDC called me and they don’t call anyone. I called to make a appointment with you but they said you had left that practice 2 weeks ago, I was shocked and to this day I feel I’m responsible. Then I found you at your own practice. I’m so grateful to have met you. Thank you, Thank you, Denise Nichols

When I saw Dr Towry for the first time, I was amazed that he went right to work and removed a growth from my hand. He was knowledgeable about my problem and has worked with me since to make sure it is healed. He and his staff are very friendly and easy to talk to, and his office is very nice and easy to find. I would definitely recommend Dr Towry to anyone needing a dermatologist.
