Dr. Bedi has seen me through a couple of serious illnesses. He is very thorough and compassionate. His staff is likewise caring. A main positive to this practice is the ability to actually reach them and relay your concerns.

I was recommended to Dr. Bedi...He is very quiet, seems to be knowledgeable, but......you cannot get through to the Dr's office no matter what....I was trying for 3 days, excluding weekends ....The phone rings approximately 5 x and hangs up...Tried one day about 3 x and another day 3x and the third day I had to have his other office patch me through to actually be able to leave a message...By this point of course I said if I need to see another doctor, let me know, but this is insane that you cannot reach a doctors office at all...Forget it if you need medicine, forget it....You are crap out of luck...Never ever experienced this...I did leave a frustrated message of course and got finally a call back..."WHAT DO YOU WANT." There are two lines and we can't get to them...I said I can't even leave a message...There is no machine, nothing....the phone just hangs up..AGAIN, WHAT DO YOU WANT...AND SAID I WAS SCREAMING...NO, THAT'S A LIE...THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, SHOULD BE REPORTED. TERRIBLE. A staff should not be allowed to treat a patient like this, especially when they are not well ...The doctor doesn't care...They probably cannot hold people...They need to do something about this...SO UNACCEPTABLE...told you are yelling, when in reality, you are upset and want to know what is going on with this office that you cannot even leave a message and again, they say you are yelling to make themselves look like they are the persecuted ones. Such a shame....an absolute shame for this to go on....

Dr Bedi was my husbands hospital doctors. He was kind, caring and attentive to his needs. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and coordinated the care of the other doctors involved in my husbands case. We are so glad he was assigned to us.

Dr. Bedi was the Hospitalist at West Marion during my 8 day stay after major surgery. Everyday he came in with a smile and was concerned for my well being and helping me to recover. Thank you Dr. Bedi.
