Dr. JAY was very thorough in my first appt with him with my health history along with scheduling me with any follow up appt that I missed years ago before I became his patient.I am due for a colonoscopy soon. Due for mammogram and blood work. He had me buy a blood pressure machine to monitor blood pressure before I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and given meds. He also gather all of your medical records to compare test then and now. The staff is very professional and polite. They have to get all those medical record, find doctors in my network and get appts made and deal with all patients that are in house. They have a lot to do they are the most professional staff I have come across.

Freedom Health recommended this doctor to me but they do not follow up or return calls. Poor Staff. Not typical of a good doctor's office.

Every time I have to deal with this staff I wonder why I still see this Dr. If I did not like him so much I would just walk away because his staff is just so rude and disrespectful. They do not answer the phone, call back in a timely manner, and if you get lucky and they do answer, no matter how gentle you are with your request, they will be rude. It is a rare day when I call and am treated with dignity. So sad that this is the staff for this wonderful Doctor.

I've been with Dr.Shetty and lots of things he's said that have stayed within me and kept me alive,confident, regardless of what I'm going through physically. I see it as the perils of aging.

Dr. Shetty is the best Dr. I have had in Ocala. He listens to all you say and acts accordingly. I am moving to Roch. NY and will miss him and his great care.

I've been going to Dr Shetty for 2 years now. He is amazing. Listens, takes the time, smart and really listens cares. The front desk staff unfortunately is not as supportive and easy to work with. They are not crossed trained and they argue and yell at patients. I had 2 situations where I need medical records and a referral. Both I had to follow up multiple times because they are not crossed trained and the ball was dropped on my disability paperwork where when I followed up was yelled at because of their lack of training people. Just be prepared to have to deal with the front desk and their issues.

Dr. Shetty has been taking care of my 93 year old mother for over 25 years. He and his staff are awesome. My mother is on many many medications. He is very knowledgeable and adjust her medications as necessary. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Shetty and his staff are very cordial, accommodating ,knowledgeable and very professional. He treats me and my Dad and my Dad swears by him too. I give an excellent rating to him.
