This Dr. Is not a Dr. Who listens to his patient regarding concerns. He is very rude. The dr. looks at his computer instead of looking at the patient the majority of the time when I saw him. The office and ma staff is very unorganized and incompetent when it comes to dealing with obtaining patient medical records from other facilities. Referrals and authorizations are a total nightmare.

Have been trying for days to make an appointment for my husband. No return call, even after multiple phone calls in one day. Husband was admitted to hospital, but if he had been seen earlier, it would have been avoided.

Obamacare, at it's worst! Terrible, heartless young girls for an office staff. Couldn't even get in during the 'pandemic', although he kept collecting my Medicare.

I highly recommend Dr J. Lopez. He is very caring and shows great concern. My husband and I were both patients. We have returned to our home in Indiana and miss Dr Lopez greatly.

Worst family doctor I have ever seen. Talks about his views on politics in an exam. Refuse to give me an ortho consult when I have so much pain in my hips I can barely walk. Refuse my oncologist suggestion of a pet scan that I needed because I have been diagnosed with a tumor that often occurs in several places at one time. If you want to be disregarded and disrespected this is your guy. If you want somebody to listen to you and work with you, run don’t walk.

he presented himself as a doctor AND a human being .took the time for a full exam and understood my health care needs. I was very impressed and happy to find a primary care Dr. for all time. the only thing that good ruin this would be an insurance company!
