My wife was in intense pain and could not walk more than a few feet We saw Dr. Main , he said she had SI joint problems and needed a fusion. He explained the procedure was a Same Day Surgery operation. He did a bilateral fusion and within 4 days she was walking around, with only a little soreness. To see her condition before the surgery, and see her now is as close to a miracle you can get. Dr. Main is the one you want to take care of your back problems.

I first met Dr. Main when I had a spinal stimulator go bad and my wife didn't like him .. the second time was a motorcycle accident and now I had stenosis in my neck from a 2005 surgery and alot of pain so now I hope to not need surgery anytime soon ... Excellent Doctor he is very confident and knows his stuff and after saving my life from the motorcycle accident my wife also approves

Dr. Main treated me with respect, kindness and was very clear on my treatment plan. His staff are efficient, polite and professional too. I feel like I'm dealing with someone who cares about me, my pain and my life

Dr. Main has been my surgeon over the past 4 years. I have had 2 neck surgeries and 4 lower back surgeries with him. If it hadn't been for Dr. Main, and all of his wonderful staff, and their thorough attention to details, I would have been either severely crippled or dead by now. I thank you for all you have done and will do to help me with my many issues.

Met with Dr, Main on January 2021 had my first surgery February 1st 2021. Was in servere pain ever since surgery. Developed a spine infection that they could not have determined it was determined by the hospital. Second surgery October 27, 2021 for thoracic lumber fusion. Two and a half years later I'm still in pain with a pinched nerve and unfinished back work. No other surgeon wants to touch but all agreed that Dr Main screwed up my back. I agree that there should be a class action suit against this Dr he is horrible. Went to the emergency room the other night, met a patient of his after two surgeries the gentleman is still in pain with a pinched nerve and has servere migraines every day. What a shame.
