The most caring and Human Dr.

Very Thorough I have a lengthy history of cancer and subsequent conditions Dr. Maldonado and her staff are very thorough They put all the records in my chart. Which is no small feat

I have to say being a disable senior citizen have never encountered a Dr like Dr Maldonado The most inhumane human being I have ever encounter in my life I had a visit got my physical which was good The intrem dr maldonado cut my medication In half whereas I was supposed to get the other half in 15 days Now I call only to find out dr maldonado sent a letter saying I was discharged I thought D.r. was supposed to be compassionate Or maybe was my mistake of finding a doctor without morals or values

My first appointment was like wow they immediately requested all and any imaging that had been done they were very good at that. I felt like I was being taken care of. Now just awaiting the referrals Very fast paced also

My first vist to Dr. Maldonado was truly successful. She is very thorough and professional. Maybe what I appreciated most was the fact that even though I may not be able to recall all health events in my long life I was not made to feel lesser for it. Her nursing staff was considerate of my dignity and compassionate. The reception staff was right on top of things and also professional. Having moved from California having to start all over my choice of a Doctorteam has been a perfect one for me.

I am new to Ocala and went in for a new patient Appt.. The Dr Medical assistant was very kind and down to earth.. So opposite to Dr Maldanado She came bursting into the examine room like a tornado.. She was running an hour behind.. She spoke in broken English and so fast that I had to ask her to repeat herself through out the conversation.. She kept repeating herself asking me what was on my leg and I had to tell her 4 times it was psoriasis Needless to say I did not make a follow up Appt..

This doctor puts stuff in your medical record that is not true ...staff is incompetent....if you need a really good doctor and staff this is not where you should be...there staff takes three to 6 weeks for referral and that is how long her staff took and still did not get the job done..I was unable to walk and was in need of home health care when she claimed she put it in the next day but do to her staff not doing there job left me with no help for 3 weeks.

I really like Dr. Maldonado. However her staff is unresponsive in returning phone calls and helping patients especially when they are in pain.

I called the phone listed on the website and was transferred from an answering service to an office voice mail. One of their pts was trying to locate the eye doctors office she had been referred to. However I wasnt able to assist this patient because all calls are returned within 24 hours. No live person to answer the phone is poor customer service not only for the patient but for other physicians offices trying to get through. Sorry not impressed with the way this office is managed...

This is a practice that lets the front office totally run it. From putting you on hold till they reach lunch time then you are transfered to the answering service and I mean I was on hold a very long time. To them taking messages that never reach the doctor or supervisor this is not a patient friendly practice and I reccomend any other practice. And when the doctors get the message they are bad about not following up. Once again go somewhere elseany where else. You are boln to have a better relationship with your doctor there. Esecially Dr. Maldanodo
