I went to this guy because my carrier website showed him close by and would accept my insurance. When he asked why I chose him and told him that, he seemed very offended. I then explained that my reason for my visit was because I had injured my left knee pretty badly and after a month it had not improved and I was unable to walk without a lot pain and a knee brace. This guy then accused me of trying to get out of going back to work. Apparently he didn’t bothered reading my information that clearly says that I am RETIRED. So it only got worse after that. Wasted months of time and money. Still injured . All he did was prescribe some new cholesterol medication my insurance wouldn’t pay for. He pushed it though to the point where the pharmacy was going to fill it and bill me..I canceled that, I canceled him and his incompetent office staff that overcharged me repeatedly and dropped the ball on scheduling and informing me.

Incompetent staff that seem to have no system to qualify new patients. Very rude and uncaring staff.

All but one doctor I saw here had been very rude and insufficient. Staff is also rude. One doctor was complaining about not making enough money to do injections and heard him being mean to an elderly pt, pain management doctor. If you want tobe treated with respect go elsewhere.

If I could I would give zero. Very bad office he does not listen properly and did not exam me all the time. I had complete blockage of the arteries in leg with constant pain and he would send me to pain doctor instead of a vascular specialist. I referred myself to a Vascular specialist by healthgrade research and had the left leg artery unblocked. Seek a real doctor who would listen and examin you.

SLOWEST DOCTORS OFFICE IN MARION COUNTY. SO THEY DISCHARGE ME. ONLY BECAUSE OF A MISHAP AT THE OTHER LOCATION.THEY TRY TO BE YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE BUT MY WIFE NEEDED A MRI AND IT TOOK THEM 7 MONTH PLUS A STRESS TEST LET ALONE THAT DOCTORS OFFICE WILL GIVE YOU STRESS.DONT RELY ON A DOCTOR THAT CANT BE A DOCTOR. MY SUGGESTTION IS TO FIND REAL DOCTOR.

I saw Dr. Reddy after Dr. Cruz left the practice. He ordered 5 different tests without even examining me. When asked why these tests were ordered he left the room without offering any explanation. The nurse practitioner is very rude and was unnecessarily rough when preforming a pelvic exam. She also ordered many tests without offering any explanation. She denied refills on several of my prescriptions with no explanation, but allowed others. The pharmacist showed me the fax and the denied prescriptions. She put me on insulin but did not give me a scale to follow. I had to look it up on the internet, but was very unsure if I was using the correct dose. When I told Dr. Reddy about the prescriptions and the insulin, he denied that the nurse would do this. I never did get a scale. Needless to say, I no longer see Dr. Reddy. My new doctor took me off the insulin and several other prescriptions I was taking.

I wen to Dr Reddy for a couple of years. They do not provide very good services. I did not like that I was always waiting for something to get done. Especislly urgent tests (dont in the office) that took over a month to get results for! And not agressivly taking a condition seriously enough, where I ended up in the emergency room 2 days later!

Dr. Reddy is great. Short, sweet & down to the point. He figured out the disease that I have and has helped me get through it. Great bed side manners and good sense of humor. His staff is also fantastic & his new managemnt has really turned things around.
