Kurt Jones's Online Review Report Card

Had an appointment with Dr Kurt Jones on July 3rd at 1:00pm, I was 15 mins early to the appointment and waited an hour to see him; he was not at the office at the time and no one apologized for his delay, I had to walk out since I had another appointment. Very irritating and frustrating to wait knowing that my time it’s just as important as his. Now I have called his office for copies of my medical records and was told they won’t release them because I did not discuss the results with him, in other words they want me to make another appointment with him, knowing about his disregard of being on time I do not want to see him again, I don’t recommend Dr Jones or his staff.

He will fondle you! I saw him maybe two to three times during my pregnancy and he would grab me inappropriately! Watch out!

Worst Experience Throughout my pregnancy! It was my first pregnancy and I thought maybe it was just me being extremely sensitive at the time, but after the 3rd or 4th visit, i was really starting to feel like he just could care less. Could have been timing I suppose, considering it was his last year as an Ob, and he retired the day after my baby was born, so when it came time to being in labor i think i saw him a total of 2 times, once to pop my water, and the 2nd to tell me after the 21st hour of natural labor without pain meds, that I was going to have to have a c-section because she was stuck ;-/ Yes, he does know his stuff, but now he's an old man who lost his passion for the practice and the patients.

Worst experience I have ever had. Horrible doctor and not very good communication and customer service in the office. I will not be returning and will not recommend him to my worst enemy. I wish there was a way to give negative stars

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. He is no nonsense and has the best interest of the patient and unborn patient at heart. I am a high-risk patient with diabetes and high blood pressure; he has done an excellent job getting my diabetes and high blood pressure under control and providing outstanding care for me and my unborn child. He is well respected in the medical profession. He tells it like it is and maybe some people can not deal with that. Ms. S.Bogan

Dr Jones is a an excellent doc who cares about his patients. I appreciate the call backs and prompt response from him. I appreciate a personal call from a physician who knows my problem rather than get a call from a medical assistant who may not have all the answers.When you are the "popular" doc, everyone wants that personal time and hence the longest wait time during office visits. I don't mind the wait as long as I am updated on the wait time. Hope this improves. The staff can improve on returning phone calls in timely manner. Overall, I will pick Dr Jones over other docs anyday.

I came to Dr. Jones for a second opinion & he immediately knew the correct diagnosis. I went through 6 months of pain with a previous obgyn. Dr. Jones performed reconstructive surgery on my fistula and I am so greatful and back to normal. Thanks again!!!

This doctor is horrible.I hate to say bad things about doctors and I don't expect them to be perfect,but i wouldn't recommend Dr. Jones. He was very rough and not very helpful in telling me the things that I should know about my pregnancy.He turned my world upside down with a result of a positive STD test which was false.
