I was scheduled for two appointments but developed an upper respiratory infection. When I called numerous times to reschedule my appointments I only got an answering machine and left my phone number. Never received a return call. Extremely frustrated!

I have seen Dr. Lou's nursing asst. but not Dr. Lou. I am hoping she is available for my TEE and follow up visit. I have checked my cell phone number and is not blocked. Dr. Lou is a very good doctor.

Dr. Luo was my neighbor's doctor, and my husband took care of him. When I had my heart attack, my husband told the hospital that he wanted her to be my doctor. She has been my doctor ever since. We also recommended that my grandmother use her as well. She is very knowledgeable, very caring, and she looks at the best interest of her patients. I would recommend her office as I have never had an issue with her or any of the staff in her office.

Dr. Lan Luo is excellent! My Husband has been seeing her and she is smart as a whip. Best cardiologist in Ocala. We can only say great things about her and the entire Staff. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly.
