Appears all call service staff seems to be unprofessional, as well as More ignorant however as to WHO THEIR SUPERIOR CONTACT INFORMATION is. THIS definitely is a lowly community clinic. I think folks could do better, FAR Better than this establishment. MORE INCOMPETENT TO HOW TO SIMPLY SEND MEDICATION TO YOUR OWN PHARMACY. For a Few Weeks awaiting H.o.f. Medical employees to figure out ‘How’ to advise an outside pharmacy to SIMPLY REFILL MEDICATION!

Thank The Almighty for The Internal Medicine Residents. I am so glad these ladies believe in team work. Grateful for their hard work brilliant minds and loving hearts. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

LOVE the new check in kiosks!! As soon as I sat down, my name was called. The receptionist and the lab technician were Very friendly and the place was super clean. When my blood was drawn I didn’t even know she had put the needle in.😳👏. Best experience I’ve ever had going to a medical facility!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I absolutely hate this so called medical facility, they never answer the phone, and they certainly do not call you back, and the staff and doctors are a joke, my doctor doesn't listen to me, my medical issues are extensive, and I asked her about disability and she told me that I don't need disability, I just need a better job, my issues are affecting my arms and hands, I need my hands to be able to do my job, so that was very unprofessional, I can't work because my arms and hands won't work right, these people aren't doctors, they are quacks!!!!

Worst place ever. This was my first time there and I would not recommend it at all. Appt at 9:30 and did not get seen until 10:45. Lab tech bruised my arm sooo bad that I look like a junkie. And now I have to wait for a prescription to be called in to MY pharmacy, which was not done 2 days ago. This place needs more Indians and less Chiefs !!! Get it together people. I so hope someone calls me.

What a horrible drs office. The first appointment after the dr left the room they left me in there for 25 minutes until I finally went to the desk and checked myself out. AND the dr never even called my prescription in! The second appointment a different dr completely and dangerously misdiagnosed me. Third appointment I came in early, was the only one there for 20 minutes waiting. 3 people finally come in and get called right back. When I ask they said that my dr was seeing 3 patients! Now I’ve been waiting for a week to have my records transferred. Phone line is GARBAGE so is all the RUDE staff.

DENTIST REVIEW!!!Dr. DIETZ is the BEST Dentist I have ever gotten work done from. She is FAST, but gentle. Always talking me through, & keeping me informed. She is WAY over Booked, but still takes the time to do emergency extractions if NEEDED. My kids and I love her.If there were more dentists like dr. Dietz we would not have the problem with dental hygiene we do. Thank you doctor.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had! phillip & shanty evans are unprofessional and unqualified as well as she & he have LIED to me several times! shanty just called me back after a 2 hour wait(SHANTY SAID"I'LL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK 2 HOURS EARLIER). After I caught shanty evan s in 7 LIES yeh 7, she hung up!!! How unprofessional. My Dr wrote the prescriptions and told me about HOF new pharmacy 6 days BACK, hof NEVER FILLED 5 prescriptions ***EVER they are on their 6th day OF LIES and me without necessary medication, I NEED MY MEDICATION AND AFTER 6 DAYS OF WAITING AND BEING LIED TO, sahanty is the worst, I have called the office and DR and NONE OF THEM Have replied. I SUPPOSE I SHOULD CALL A LAWYER ??? HOF PRESCRIPTIONS IS A LIE, they dont fill them, THEY NEVER FILLED MINE AND HAVE LIED FOR 6 Days. I NEED MY MEDS. I had no problem at Publix but HOF is selling/forcing their drug dept to customers, I bet there is a class action suit SOON!! I NEED MY MEDICATION TODAY. IT IS 5 HOURS LATER I still have not heard from HOF, I am calling Marion Cty sheriff, and reporting that my medication is being withheld ILLEGALLY, my Dr prescribed it and HOF will not give me the meds!!!

Lady at the front desk the first lady is so unpleasant!! From what i can read on other reviews other people feel the same .. not nice at all . This is the 2nd time we are here for an appointment. No communication skills at all!!! Very rude. Her name is zee . I asked for her name and she didn't answer me at all. Then the lady next to her told me her name . They don't want to give out her name because it makes sense to many complaints. She needs to get a different job . Clearly she's unhappy here and is taking it out the public .. not right at all!!!

Wait time was over 1.25 hours in a cold room, only to be seen by an intern. Felt disrespected and disgusted with service.
