I came here to get assessed for issues after a car accident due to issues happening post accident. Dr. Kettlewell comes in and said to me since my scans at the emergency room was fine “why are you here?” I explained & then he asked what medicine they gave me and told him Ibuprofen but it causes side effects so I don’t take much. He told me it doesn’t and tried to argue me down. I told him first of all, I’m an RN and yes that med does cause that particular issue with me. He then get up to thump on both of my knees to check reflexes but I started to get up by then to leave. He said, “we don’t do follow ups after car accidents, you have to go to your primary and our CT is down.” I told him that they should have said that at check in to avoid wasting my time. He treated me like I was an idiot or someone seeking narcotic. I told the front desk to not charge anything because no services were rendered. Health care these days suck and most practitioners as well. Some people just need another occupation or just stay home.
