Being a retired RN, was being proactive to follow up on my referral for my diabetic care. Office was rude and talking over me when trying to provide imperative information. Then, told me they don’t have appts until November in the early part of July. If this is the preview of this office lack of quality. No thanks, I’ll find a better doctor on my own.

Never got a callback from their non-English-speaking call center where I left a message that was supposed to be returned the same day. When I called the office two days later, because I am in urgent need of an endocrinologist, they said they were seeing patients in September. It is now June 19. When I asked what I was supposed to do because I can’t wait that long, Her reply was find another doctor. Definitely doing that.

Office staff or doctor are ineffective ,,,,pharmacy always has to call me to have her call them with refills

Maybe some more reception training is needed but, called to see if I needed a refill on a medication and was told by the receptionist, 'Um, how am I supposed to know? I wouldn't know if you needed a refill.' I'm no expert but, when you call a doctor's office, you aren't asking the receptionist if they personally know. Or, am I wrong? I try not to people much and maybe some things have changed... This was on Monday. Still no call back. *UPDATE* I called back and a different woman answered. She was very nice. She also told me that the woman I originally spoke to was in fact in charge or refills for medications.

Terrible communication , will not listen to your concerns and questions, no bedside manner. I need both T3 and T4 for my under active thyroid condition and she will absolutely NOT see prescribe them for me. All my other providers have.

Don’t bother going to her. After we went and sent her a referral their office Never bothered to respond or return our calls. Definitely not the type doctor I want to be involved with.

Dr Young is the most amazing endocrinologist I have ever dealt with. Believe you me, I have been one of her more difficult patients to get my disease under control. You're never waiting more than 10 minutes from the time of your scheduled appt to get into an exam rm. I'm not seeing her listed under accepted physicians for United Healthcare Medicare advantage for 2023 and I'm very upset about that
