Where do I begin? I thought that doctors took a hippocratic oath to do no harm. With Dr Colon and her office, it's more of a hypocritic oath. Do no harm, isn't that what doctors are supposed to do? Yet Dr Colon went out of her way to ensure that unless I did exactly what she said without questioning it, she would not help me. Not only did she and her staff waste my time, allowing me to suffer with mouth pain while telling me to follow their directions (which I did) but she did so knowing she had no intention of helping me. All I asked for was a referral to an ENT for what I believe is Burning Mouth Syndrome by what my symptoms are. This can be caused by gastric reflux, which I told them I had been previously diagnosed with. They told me to, one-by-one, stop each of my prescribed medications to see if there was any change to my symptoms, which there wasn't. I was told by Carol, the office manager, that after this was completed, that Dr Colon would refer me to the ENT. At the time of completion however, Dr Colon claimed that she NEVER said she would give me the referral at all. All this time I have been suffering with burning in my mouth which was extremely uncomfortable, office staff lying to me about getting back to me and about what the doctor was actually saying. Also, when I needed my referral to go through to my existing neurologist for continuing visits, Dr Colon's office blatantly changed the code for the visits to represent NEW patient visits, which I subsequently could not use. I have since switched PCPs and suggest any people who are looking for a new PCP to run, not walk, away from this practice.

Dr. Colon is very compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. Her staff is also very polite and efficient. I feel lucky that I found her.

Dr Lourdes Colon was my daughter's, my husband and my doctor for a while. I changed medical insurance just to have Dr Colon as my primary doctor. In the year of 2014, I was in a really deep and horrible depression. She helped me saved my life! I really appreciate the staff for being so understanding and caring. Dr Colon is a really caring and very compassionate human being. I highly recommend her to everyone. Thanks a lot for an excellent service! Love ya!

THIS DR. AND I USE THAT TERM LOOSELY, LEFT MY SISTER IN HORRIBLE PAIN WITH A FRACTURED SPINE, FULL OF CANCER FOR DAYS AND DAYS SITTING AT HOME AFTER GETTING A CAT SCAN.SHE. WOULDNT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND STILL AFTER THAT WHEN MY SISTER CAME HOME FROM HOSPITAL DR. COLON AND HER STAFF WOULD NOT HELP WITH GETTING HOSPICE CARE AND REFUSED TO HAVE A TELE-DOC APPOINTMENT MOVED UP A COUPLE DAYS TO ALLOW FOR HOSPITAL BED AND EQUIPMENT TO BE DELIVERED OR A SIMPLE CALL TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. INSTEAD THEY HUNG UP ON ME. ITS ALL DOCUMENTED . I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DR BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH HER AND HER STAFF. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND UNCONSCIONABLE CONSIDERING THE TERRIBLE CIRCUMSTANCES. IF I WASNT THERE TO HELP MY SISTER I DONT KNOW HOW SHE WOULD HAVE DONE ANY OF IT. SHE COULD NOT HAVE. SHAME
