Fantastic care from start to finish. Probably the worst thing is to get a tooth pulled, but the doctor made the visit a pleasure. In addition, his staff are extremely friendly and pleasant.

For pulling my sister's six teeth he did not give her antibiotics. She needed to go to the hospital to get antibiotics

Dr. Rosario did an amazing job with my Extractions. I had 4 wisdom teeth and 4 bicuspids extracted under sedation. All my friends and family were surprised at how quickly I recovered. I had absolutely no bruising and I’m surprised that swelling only lasted around 2 days. (I did drink a lot of pineapple juice though!!) I was scared to get 8 teeth extracted all at once but I felt relief knowing Dr. Rosario will be doing it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! If you’re looking for oral surgeons, I recommend choosing Ocala Oral Surgery. Staff is amazing and very friendly. 100/10 <3

I am a Combat War Veteran, I had a few teeth removed in my 18 year of service. Dr Rosario, removed my Tooth, with ease after finding out it had 5 Roots holding the Tooth. I didn't feel any Pain which I am use too. I didn't need any Pain Meds . I will returned for all my Dental Needs and let the military know about the excellent service received.

I have known Dr. Rosario for quite some time. First when he did my wife’s implant. After her surgery he came out and explained how she did and took the time to put me at ease. More recently he performed two extractions for me in preparation for my implants. Again he took the time to explain, step by step, what I could expect. He even reassured me that I was doing the right thing for my health and well-being. While he does not attach the actual crown of the implant he does do everything up to including the posts. He will ensure you are familiar with the procedure. I know this review is a little lengthy, I just want to reassure those who are considering implants that he is a surgeon you can trust completely. I just find him to be not only a fine surgeon but a caring one as well.Thank you Dr. Rosario, for being there for us. Will and Gail.

Dr. Rosario is an excellent oral surgeon and extremely compassionate. His staff is professional, courteous and efficient. His office is tastefully decorated and meticulously clean, and his equipment appears to be relatively new. It is no surprise that my implant procedure was perfectly orchestrated with excellent results under the care of such a talented surgeon and extremely well managed office.
