Dr Muniz was rude ; upon call said I need come to Er for Iv and he said It won’t interfere with my colonoscopy couple days away . My primary dr and Gi dr said I can’t have procedure with strep b presented . Procedure was cancelled until antibiotics are done and clear of strep b before next colonoscopy appt

Very rude and unprofessional. Refused to explain a procedure to me quoting "do you want it or not". Got very rude when I said I did not want the procedure since he could not explain the procedure to me after asking numerous times.

Dr. Muniz is brilliant with his caring attitude, his superior knowledge and practice to treat the whole person. He doesn't leave anything unturned. What a pleasant and helpful experience at Health First Now Urgent Care facility we had. He checked my spouse's history, he compared X-rays taken today with X-rays taken a year ago. He asked many questions to pin point the problem with the back pain. He ordered a lab test. He gave directions on what steps to take next. Highly recommend him.
