Dr. Martha Toms MD did an incredibly thorough exam; was extremely focused on the various aspects, organs and functions of the body. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

Dr. Toms came into this existing practice on Dr. Michel Zimmer about 4 years ago, when Dr. Zimmer became a concearge (sic) Dr.only. Dr Toms is quite arrogant, mis-prescribed meds for me I did not need & dropped me from the practice after I had been seeing Dr. Zimmer for over 15 years. Dr. Toms only sees her way or no way at all. Only time a physician has dropped me in over 40 years of living in the Tampa Bay area. All of he physicians I see have been long term. Dr. Toms is 34 years old, I am 71. She is very intolerant, rude & does not wish to discuss patient differing opinion on treatment options. Totally disgusted by this treatment & also blame Dr. Zimmer for allowing this to happen, calls to him to discuss were not returned. > Ted Wolfe

Dr. Toms is probably the Best Physician I’ve ever had. I have a fairly complex medical history, w/a 40 yr history of a endocrine disease, and multiple issues from a terrible auto accident. I’ve rarely ever had a Dr. be as attentive, thorough and supportive of me. She diagnosed an eye ailment, that I’ve probably had since my accident years ago, & I’ve probably seen 30dr.’s since that accident. She is very intelligent, extremely well versed and educated! I can HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking a caring & involved in your health, type internist. I am forever grateful from r her care!

I had one of the best experiences with Dr. Toms that I’ve had in a very long with any doctor. She invested significant time with me in my initial to understand my full health history, and what she would like to do moving forward. Dr. Toms was extremely thorough, personable, and has a warm bed side manner. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an Internal Medicine or Primary Doctor.

I was recommended to Dr.Toms from my partner due to the fact my doctor or 32years retired .I figured i give her a try .I was very impressed by her kind and caring way .She is very knowledgeable and very efficient. She seems to be a very good doctor so far I'm very happy with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor.
