Not happy with this office, the PA I was seeing left and Dr Wallace took her patients, he is not very pleasant and I've been trying to get my records for a month so I can go to VA, they never answer the phone and when I leave a message sometimes they call back and leave me a message and I've told them several times what office I would like to pick up my records and nothing happens,

I wouldn't go back again,the office women complain and laugh about patients after they leave or talked with them on the phone,the one bathroom is dirty and gross with no paper towels and the appointment was late by 45 minutes.The Dr.came in after the medical assistant used her wolverine nails to type something on the tablet and he put his bare hands on my lip and eye with no gloves and just walked to the next room.I saw Wallace not Freeman.Also,the waiting room chairs are very dirty.

This practice has really changed since Dr Freeman retired. You used to come in and barely have a seat after checking in and you were in the back being seen. Now the waiting room is filled with folks waiting on appointments waiting long after their scheduled times. Hopefully they will get it back together.

Dr. Kenneth Wallace is now there as Dr.Freeman is retired and he removed a cyst on my daughter’s eye lid he did so fast I didn’t spend more then 20 minutes even less and 3 stitches but because was so fast he stitches some of her eyelashes together. Today we went to removed the stitches and the nurse cut some of her eyelashes. I’m not going back there is this doc. Still they’re very rude and ready for the next patient.

Terrible experience compared to my first visit with Dr Freeman who is unfortunately now retired. I've had a small growth I needed removed and held off on it for nearly two years whilst working out west with intention of following up with these guys as my first experience was great. The office is somewhat off the beaten path and the GPS took us to the wrong location. I called them to inform them I'd be a little late and we were trying to find them. The snooty receptionist said that as I was 15 minutes late my appointment was canceled and I'd have to reschedule. Told them I'd withheld getting it done out west to follow up with them and if that's the way they play I wanted nothing further to do with them.

I have struggled with warts for a few years now and was done trying to treat them at home - especially when it spread to my face. It was a very painful process but Dr. Freeman and the nurses were very nice and finally got those stubborn things off my face and hands. So happy to be wart free!! Just crossing my fingers that they don't come back!

My boy's autistic with special needs. He was a little bit leery about his visit at first. They all made him feel very comfortable, especially Sue. You can tell they care about their patients.

He doesn't treat something unnecessarily. He listens to my concerns and answers in a direct honest manner. However my second visit I felt very very uncomfortable and nonlonger see him.

I haven’t had a good experience at a doctor’s office in a long time and this place was the biggest breath of fresh air. My son is 2 years old, suffers with eczema and is also very nervous around strangers. From the front desk staff, to the nurse and physician- every single person in that office was beyond kind and caring to us. They were patient and sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I felt relieved leaving the office knowing I have a team of professionals to help guide me through his skin issues. A nurse who wasn’t even working with us brought my son stickers on our way out. That might not seem like a big deal but with the experiences I’ve had lately at multiple doctors, it nearly brought me to tears. It’s doesn’t stop there either. After my visit, I needed a document to submit to my insurance that included a lot of specific information. I spoke with someone at the front desk (I wish I got her name!) and she remembered who we were right away. That’s such a good feeling especially at a doctors office that you’re not just a number. It shows they truly care and it’s something small that means so much. She then transferred me to Lisa in billing. Lisa emailed me a document with exactly what I needed no less than 5 minutes after we hung up. I am so, so grateful for this establishment and all of the employees. I cannot thank you all enough. You all go above and beyond and I hope this review reaches the office and everyone there gets the praise they deserve!

Allowed freeze can is 14 spots on body per visit. That is never communicated to you and you end up scheduled 3 times to do the what can be done in one visit,resulting in YOU being over billed. He's so fast in and out of the exam room. Impersonal. Overbooked. Don't mistake location for quality of service. ***AVOID***
