Dr Kluth is attentive and offers multiple options allowing me to direct my care. Front office can be curt, but they are polite, just busy. Nurses in and out quickly shortening wait times.

They where very helpful till I when in this past month and was told they can know longer help me to look for a new doctor I really like the doctors and the staff there I wish them all well it’s just to bad we agree to disagree on what was done and how it was done

Your check in person AMY is so nasty and rude. My mother came in for her appointment and she clearly wasn’t doing anything not even on the phone she sent my mother to the check out lady to check in as if my mom going up to her window was too much for her to do. This isn’t the first time she’s done this to my mom and I watched her do it to a few people coming in AFTER my mother!!! She was sitting there texting on her as I asked her why my mom had to go down to the check out window to check in. She completely ignored me and then when I said hello she said very rudely your mom was checked in you can have a seat or leave and wait in your car till she’s done ! She is the rudest person ever and working in health care? No wonder you guys lose so many patients.! She NEEDS TO GO!! Amy is rude as hell!!!!

Sought management if thecal pain pump. Sought Dr Kluth who was knowledgeable and attentive. He set me up with Mike his nurse practitioner who is competent. I had an MRI scheduled and needed to have this office check pump post scan. I called 10 days in advance and again 3 more times. I actually went to the office to have get it checked and though it is a 5 minute procedure- had to go to another location who was able to invest the 5 minutes. Chief complaint is the phone system. It is a multi office answering service. I have called dozens of times to be on hold ten minutes and the call disconnects. On the rare occasions that I had the ability to leave a message- I NEVER got a return call. I had an appointment today for a much needed adjustment to equipment- tried to call to say running 10 minutes late, never got through and was told I'd have to reschedule upon arrival. I live 45 minutes away and happened to hit road closure due to accident. Just too frustrating to continue with this practice unfortunately.

If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would! My grandfather comes here and your check in lady has got to be the most RUDEST person! You try to talk to her and she acts as if you’re interrupting her entire day. She acts as if she hates her whole job. Or you’ll be in the middle of check in and you go to sit down you can hear her talk so disrespectful about the pts in the building. The fact she’s still working for this company goes to show.! Worst place to ever be seen and it’s sad bc the doctors and NPs are amazing but your front check in person really needs to be let go of and you need better check in. There was one who always smiled and engaged with you but I haven’t seen her in the office lately. The other girl check in said she got fired. You guys should’ve let the rude one go instead !!!!

Average is 2 stars, someone is lying. Can't call, no portal to check anything, those sending out scripts can't find drug stores to send scripts to, can't find drug stores to order new medications, doesn't send out text or email reminders, had patient sign so many forms without giving any copies of, parking is for small cars NOT large ones disabled patients need, everyone I've talked to (so far) has NOTHING good to say, even my PCP who set me up with them isn't happy with them. Oh the meds I did finally get after 3 visits was NOT the ones my doctor told me he was ordering

After 10 months I thought we were going in the right direction but we are not. All that was on their minds was getting me off one oral medication.

Dr Kluth and his staff are fantastic! I'm very satisfied with the treatment and care I've received so far. HOWEVER, I have tried to call their office six times in the past 2 weeks, and was never able to get a live person. A few times I was on hold listening to that silly music for 20 minutes. If they would improve how they take care of patience over the phone when they call in, I would have given them all the stars available.
