I looked into several plastic surgeons in the Ocala/Gainesville area for help with a previous surgery done in another state. I am so glad I found Dr. Nijher. I am very satisfied with my results. Not only that but the staff and facility were great also. I would highly recommend using Dr. Nijher!

At the age of 67 and after extensive research I chose Dr. Nijher to give me back my beauty through complete facial cosmetic surgery. Full facelift, upper and lower eyes, brow lift and fat transfer. I am now 4 months out and the results are stunning. I could not be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Dr. Nijher. I now look the way I feel...about 37 -40 years young. It is quite the process and a positive attitude is extremely important but I would do it again in a hearbeat. Thank you so much Dr. Nijher!

I’m stacey Townsend robinson and I have had 2 surgeries. He did an amazing job and he has the kindest personality.. I dieted for a few years and lost over 100 lbs. lots of skin! He did a lower body lift with an up and down tummy tuck.! I have healed really well and I think he likes the end result. I sure do. I’m getting ready to do an upper body lift and a thigh lift. I’m sure it will be amazing. I trust him and that is so important! Thank you again Dr. Your the very best and the kindest person.

Three months postop from a breast lift. The doctor has magic hands he is absolutely amazing! Quick healing minimal downtime and gaining my confidence back at 40 years old! My breasts looks better then they did it in my 20s! Thank you doctor and the entire staff you all are incredible

Yesterday was my 3 month follow up after a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I am very pleased with my results so far! Dr Nijher and his staff were awesome throughout the whole process. I couldn't of asked for a better surgeon and would recommend him to anyone!

whatever u do. do not get a rhinoplasty or any facial things from this guy. he's the type to just take ur money and act like he knows what he's doing. look for a facial surgeon thats actual specializes in that kind of stuff. this guy has put my life on line
