The office staff are untrained and unprofessional, they have no idea what their doing.The medical assistant talks about her personal life, which is depressing and totally unprofessional. The doctor seemed nice but her office is poorly run. Messages left are Never returned, have to find someplace else to go.

Dr. Karavadia is a wonderful doctor who has taken care of me for the last year. I feel she is concerned about me and takes time with me in our visits. Her staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. K is thorough and really takes her time making sure all of her patients' needs are addressed. She takes swift action to take care of you and is friendly and kind. The staff members at the office were also kind and helpful. I felt safe there during COVID-19, as all precautions were taken and enforced (face masks, hand sanitizer, etc.)

I drove an hour after reading great reviews about Dr. Nidhi. I ended up leaving because I was uncomfortable to see her office staff and nurses' lack of mask wearing six months into a pandemic. 2 staff without masks, one of whom spoke to me directly. 2 others pulling down masks to speak to one another a foot apart. I've never canceled a Dr's appt while already at the office but as medical staff, their judgement and discretion should be top notch... and that's not what I experienced.

I've never done this before but after driving an hour to see Dr. Nidhi (I'd read such great reviews about her), I canceled my appointment before it even began. After arriving, I was surprised to see 4 different nurses & staff engaging with one another and myself unprotected, either without a masks altogether or pulling them down to speak to one another just a foot apart. 2 staff members interacted with me while not wearing a mask. As staff and professionals in the medical field, this level of disregard for basic safety measures amongst themselves and the lack of discretion with me worried me about the level of care I'd find in their service. I was disappointed, as I was optimistic to meet with Dr. Nidhi.

i have had 3 different primary drs and she is the best and i mean best! i have alot of different problems but she has covered all very well. i hope they stay with my ins.

office staff friendly & we found dr karavadia professional & compassionate. plus they have walk-ins, which is great when u need same-day medical attention.
