Very thorough appointment both with the Tech. and Dr. Fretland. They first asked about my concerns. They asked many questions and listened carefully for my responses. Both did detailed testing of my eyes. Then Dr. Fretland and I discussed the pros and cons of a proposed procedure.Id recommend them to anyone wanting total eye care.

I received a thorough eye exam with a quick remedy of an eye lash problem. All staff including Dr Ftretland were intelligent and kind answering my questions. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff and Dr. Elhalis are wonderful and caring. My biggest complaint is the InstaMed software used for appointments and billing. It generates a bill with no backup whatsoever just a $ amount with no explanation. It also failed to take my login credentials so I decided to reset through the forget password function and the system never sent a temp password. All the good professional work is undercut by an inept thirdparty software system.

I love Dr . Jodie Armstrong she is the doctor I trust.The negative is my appointments over 10 years never have been on time. This is first morning appointments and late afternoon appointments.I have waited anywhere from 5 minutes until 30 minutes past my appointment time.They expect me to be on time but they don’t honor the patients time.Just to make a point never have I been called in on time.So plan on being patient because you are giving up hours of your day.
