Optical Outlets's Online Review Report Card

I prices have increased ridiculously. I have excellenwould say over the last three years thet insurance that covers 100% but here's the catch with places like this. They charge additional fees which are in the high end for tint, anti glare, scratch free & polarization. Just for my lenses they wanted to charge me for single vision $295.00. They up sale everything so one must know & be sharp too pricing. The atmosphere is very stressful for they're workers because they have to upsell and sell sell sell immediately on the spot. I won't go there again. I give them one star for pricing, zero stars for atmosphere looks dirty not sanitized & for poor staff interaction- They get upset if you don't buy immediately. Make sure when you go to places like this that you are aware if you feel the hussle go somewhere else till you find a place that practices integrity, honesty & offers quality before profit. ✴️Today 28 February 2023 I received a phone call from a senior proprietor who was knowledgeable & helpful when he read my review. He went on to explain that there must have been a glitch on the price I was given because they are federally regulated on they're pricing & he agreed it was too high. He apologized for the inconvenience & assured me that I would have an agreeable solution. I appreciated his attention & I believe that perhaps there is a disconnect between staff & management. I encouraged more training for staff- Everybody has to be on the same page & listen closely to they're manager for giving the client specific educated information on how the insurance provider applies your coverage along with any ancillary charges by the company. You can't rush these conversations-If staff feels rushed there will be mistakes on pricing & everybody loses. I will go back & proceed with my purchase since the senior proprietor was kind enough to call me & offered to find an agreeable solution. He was knowledgeable, professional & courteous. I will give them 4 stars since a good solution is valued over time & the disconnect between management & staff requires an immediate solution. March 29th I decided let me go back and get my glasses and give this optical outlets and opportunity again. I was greeted by the receptionist who knew absolutely nothing about customer service skills presentation or communicating with the customer. She moved me along because she was in a hurry to get out the door to another individual who could not find my account at all. I gave her my name etc. I told her who the person was who had called to tell me that I should come in to finish my order. This individual had absolutely no clue who I spoke to who called me or who was servicing me. It's very unfortunate that there's such a disconnect at optical outlets between their ability to communicate with a customer in order to service what they are purchasing. Hence, when you strike out three times it's time to move on and find another place where they treat you with respect. Are knowledgeable about the product that you are trying to order. All I can say is they lost a customer for good. I give them 0 Stars this time 40 service and unfortunately I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fast, courteous, professional and affordable. Staff is knowledgeable and the doctors top notch! Come here every year for my eye exam and diabetic check.

I should have known better than to get the 2nd pair of glasses at Optical Outlet, but I was promised I would be happy with them. Well, I'm not. Even though the 2nd pair is an Optical Outlet step up in quality, these are not glasses I want to wear for any length of time. I actually see better without them. They are blurry around the edges and frustrating so I take them off and then they sit there on the shelf. I don't plan to buy any more glasses from Opitcal Outlet. I even took pre-Optical Outlet glasses to them to show them the clarity I wanted and was promised I'd be so happy with the 2nd pair. Optical Outlet glasses don't come anywhere near the vision quality may old glasses had. They'll promise you anything to get you to buy.

The reception and staff were very helpful. We had to wait a little hence 4 stars, but thats no bother as we received amazing service from our eye doctor Dr Nguyen. She helped both of my grandparents who needed a lot of assistance and tool her time examining and explaining. She really cares about their health and treated us with compassion.

It was my first time there and I had the best experience I saw Dr.Chi she was awesome and the ladies that helped me were very patient and very friendly Kayla and Paige. 😎

The whole staff was great! There was a mixup with my daughters appointment and they still fit her in. Everyone was so nice, it was an amazing experience!

Took over 30 minutes to get a prescription signed as I'm passing out in their lobby after working a 12-hour shift in the middle of the night this comes one week after we were appointed specifically to the left hand wall and told that's where the glasses for the customer I was there with could get his glasses now he is stuck with a plastic pair of glasses for a year that he did not want because he was not even shown the metal side after we specifically said metal if I could remember the girl's name I would put it down here because she needs fired and so does the girl who forgot about us for 30 minutes today in the lobby while I was passing out waiting on a prescription and yes we will be taking a prescription somewhere else and getting a pair of glasses that he actually wants thanks for nothing good job robbing the government and one of your consumers we will not return

Finally after getting somebody on the phone I got an appointment and it was definitely worth it . Everyone was nice and they took my insurance , it was hassle free in and out appointment would definitely go back if needed.

This is the WORST! I ordered contacts in NOV and it's Jan and I never got them... they don't call to give you a status I had to call and they didn't even know where the contacts were. They are rude especially the assistant manager Paige, she was zero help. This is the 2nd time having this same problem with them. I'll never go again and I advise you go anywhere but here.
