Paul Urban's Online Review Report Card

I'm still waiting for a response after contacting his office multiple times I have a large, painful kidney stone that the urologist wants to schedule for a sonic procedure to break it up The urologist wants a cardiologist to okay the event. Dr Urban has not returned my calls and the urologist hasn't received any response either. As I have been in pain since last week I would have a hard time to say anything positive about Dr Urban or his office, He has been my cardiologist for over 5 years. I have been calling him and leaving messages (you never get to talk to a human) since Monday.

I’ve seen Dr Urban for almost a year. I had quadruple bypass in May 2021 and since due to blockages I have 5 stents and awaiting a heart Catheterization to see if I need more. Dr Urban explains what he did during the procedure and has awesome bedside manners. I will continue to trust him as my cardiologist. The staff I see are always helpful and listen to me.

Dr Urban is kind and candid. I enjoy my appointments. I trust him.

Not good as a hospital patient waiting on answers

Dr Urban is extremely knowledgeable. He does all my cardiac Caths. I have had 4 so far heading towards #5. No fault of the docs just genetics. He is very talented. I don’t know what I am going to do if he ever retires. He is keeping me alive. His staff is not as friendly as I like but they try. Dr Urban has a very busy office and I believe they sometimes get overwhelmed.

Talking to Dr.Urban was like talking to a good friend. He talked to me not down to me. Dr. Urban and his team are the BEST by far.

I wasn't seen .I was told they do not honor on-line appointments .I wasn't in their system to have an appointment. they also told me that the online appointment access was supposed to be taken down. I am still waiting on a call to make an appointment. very dissatisfied. I took time out of work to follow up from a hospital visit as I was told to , I drove over an hour to get to this appointment that they would not honor. I would never recommend anyone for what I have been put through.

He is a very dedicated surgeon and Dr. He tells it like it, maybe you don't want to here it, but everyone should want to here the truth. He puts the patient ahead of everything, I trust him completely with my husband and myself. I would highly recommend him to anyone. By the way, his nurse Kelly is so personal and explains everything in layman terms that you feel like family, that she really cares about you as a person. Thank you Kelly and Dr. Urban for making us feel comfort in hard times.

If you have a problem don't contact the office staff every time you tell them your issue they say they will call you back I have waited 4 days for someone to call sometimes never at all end up calling office and nobody has given Drs. The message hope you don't have a emergency you will be waiting a long time for a responds if any.Better off going to emergency room rather than call office...
