I'm still waiting for a response after contacting his office multiple times I have a large, painful kidney stone that the urologist wants to schedule for a sonic procedure to break it up The urologist wants a cardiologist to okay the event. Dr Urban has not returned my calls and the urologist hasn't received any response either. As I have been in pain since last week I would have a hard time to say anything positive about Dr Urban or his office, He has been my cardiologist for over 5 years. I have been calling him and leaving messages (you never get to talk to a human) since Monday.

I’ve seen Dr Urban for almost a year. I had quadruple bypass in May 2021 and since due to blockages I have 5 stents and awaiting a heart Catheterization to see if I need more. Dr Urban explains what he did during the procedure and has awesome bedside manners. I will continue to trust him as my cardiologist. The staff I see are always helpful and listen to me.

Well, I tried to have a conversation with Dr Urban, I had a few questions, but he was a a little defensive, so I've moved on, I fired him.

Dr Urban is extremely knowledgeable. He does all my cardiac Caths. I have had 4 so far heading towards #5. No fault of the docs just genetics. He is very talented. I don’t know what I am going to do if he ever retires. He is keeping me alive. His staff is not as friendly as I like but they try. Dr Urban has a very busy office and I believe they sometimes get overwhelmed.

Dr. Urban and staff are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable..I've been a patient for a few years and I have an excellent experience with doctors and staff...! Will recommend this practice without any doubt..!

Excellent Dr. Have been a patient for over 10 years. When I was not felling well he was able to find what was the matter Excellent bedside manners and caring and a great listener. He really cares about his patients.

I wasn't seen .I was told they do not honor on-line appointments .I wasn't in their system to have an appointment. they also told me that the online appointment access was supposed to be taken down. I am still waiting on a call to make an appointment. very dissatisfied. I took time out of work to follow up from a hospital visit as I was told to , I drove over an hour to get to this appointment that they would not honor. I would never recommend anyone for what I have been put through.
