My visit with doctor is always pleasure save my husband this doctor is excellent doctor with his experience he always give you good medication good advice we love this doctor

My Mom and Dad are patients of Dr. Rosario for over a year. I decided pick him as a family primary physician due to their past experiences with other primary physicians. So far Dr. R. Rosario, Elisabeth, Marlon & office team have been professional, helpful & caring about both their health needs; specially my mom that has chronic illness. They listen, do their best to understand & decide on a treatment plan that Benifits the patient. I realized this past Sunday they are in a group called ISLAND DOCTORS. Unfortunately the household got infected with Covid this past week and I called after hours emergency line to get help for my father feeling very sick, Felix physician on call called me back asked me a lot of questions about symptoms and immediately got the covid treatment medication called in for both. He gave me clear instructions and has been on the phone thru every steap of the treatment to answer questions, couch me and inform me about what to do to help my parents & stay calm thru the Covid treatment. I feel so blessed & greatful to have a team of Physicians that care and are there to rely on and treat the patients with respect, loyalty & dedication . I would recommend this Group of Island doctors to everyone that's searching for outstanding health care for your health and your family. I would have given them 10 stars if they'd had them. He's exceptionally caring and knowledgeable

Worst doctor in Ocala ! Does not listen to his patients , yells and screams in office also give wrong prescriptions to other people . Do not go here

I just love Dr Rosario and his entire staff. In the beginning of the year I changed my insurance. I didn't like my previous primary care doctor. Dr Rosario always takes the time to explain everything. He is through and I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Dr Rosario, his Assistants and office staff. Very friendly atmosphere. If I call his office for an appointment or a refill for a prescription I am taken care of quickly. The staff speaks both English and Spanish. Highly recommend. I'm in my 60's and as I said above I'm very happy I found Dr Rosario.

I love this doctor. Dr Rosario takes the time to explain everything to your satisfaction. He has a truly marvelous staff. From his Assistants to his office staff all are friendly and know their job well. All the staff speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Anytime I have called for an appointment or for a refill I was greatest by a friendly and helpful staff member. Highly recommend this doctor. I'm in my 60's and started going to Dr Rosario when I switched insurance the first of 2020.

Finally felt I was in a caring doctor's care! what a humanistic doctor! they do not make them like this anymore,, he is very concern about your well-being calls you to find out how you have been doing after your appointment, appointment are made with ease, he takes time to listen, and is very concern for looking for alternatives, when he knows your insurance does not provide certain medicines,, I am happy to be his patient,, if it was not for this doctor, I would've been 6 foot under,, after being in the care of another provider here for over 10 years,, don't expect any fancy office, that you are indirectly paying for, but you will find A+ Plus care,, I am so glad I made that change!
